This made me very comfortable. When I first called John, he did not pick up but with in 5 min he called back to talk about setting up a an inspection. I was not given alot of time to work with so I asked if we could get it done in the next 48 hours, this was no problem for him. When I met John onsite he was very professional and easy to talk to. He started to work immediatly due to the fact there was going to be alot to cover and inspect. After every section he inspected he came back to walk me and my wife and our parents through what he just inspected. He took his time going through all the details and answered ALL of our questions including ones my parents had. At the end of the inspection he sat down with us to go over all the details of the inspection once again and what he was going to write up in his report. He then went to inform us that the report would be ready that day. We had concern with our foundation and he did not hesitate to explain everything that could be wrong with it. He also offered recommendations on different types of inspectors that we may also benefit from to look into some other matters. His report was very comprehensive and color coded for "defects" and "recommendations". Thank you again John and I highly recommend this gentelman for future inspections. He impressed my wife, parents, and our Agent (who also happens to be my mother-inlaw).

Paul did a great job on our neighbor's house. So we went with him. Once we hired him and his son,…read moreit was like they didn't care too much about the details in the finished product. Our baseboards, moulding, doors and trim all have particles in the paint because his son painted them in the garage during cotton wood season. We offered for them to use the basement, but they didn't want to carry all the materials up and down the stairs. The caulking around the crown molding started to separate within a month. The paint job needed a second coat in some places and you can see our old color through it. He was mad because I didn't like the seam in the countertop. He didn't do that part, but I know he was aggravated with the situation. They tore it out and charged us to do it, when the other company would have done it. I went with his countertop people, who had the same counter I wanted, but didn't offer it to me because she said I wouldn't like the seam. That was the pattern I wished I had. AND I paid more for the one I didn't like. He damaged our new fridge when he put a ladder up against it. They never worked a full day because they had other jobs and our kitchen was not usable for over 3 weeks. The plumber he had put in the sink did it incorrectly and we had a leak within a week. My husband fixed it because he did not want them back in the house. His attention to details and the finished product was not very good. I think he just did not like us, or the job and didn't care. We paid $40,000 to be dissatisfied. We purchased our own appliances, and backsplash. They redid the living room moulding, doors and painted. They also did the cabinets and painted down our stairs so it would match the kitchen. Definitely not worth the money we paid for the quality of service and product we received. It looked ok in the pictures when done. But up close, you can see a lot of flaws. This was back in 2021. Weird I got asked to do a review now on yelp. I didn't do one sooner because we know a lot of the same people. Now I'm just disgusted that we paid so much for a crappy outcome.
