That exclaims to have been established Since 1995. I entered this location at approximately 12:45 pm. I've previously visited the jewelers before and asked for my jewelry to be cleaned. In a result to this particular event my (Tiffany Graduated Silver Ball Necklace) was damaged by an employee named Ron. He showed empathy once he returned from cleaning , with a hand full of dismantled unstrung silver pearl Balls which once formed my beautiful Necklace. I was devastated and heartbroken , Ron stated he could repair my necklace with confidence, he delivered but unfortunately I would be responsible for a $30 dollar fee once my Necklace repair was completed. So due to a reoccurrence of my Necklace becoming unattached again. I visited the jewelry store on Saturday to ask if my Necklace could be repaired . Willing to pay whatever it cost. I approached an associate upon entering the establishment he asked me politely could he help me. I stated my concerns then an employee who had overheard my conversation whom was supposedly the manger. Approached me expressed openly by displaying extreme aggression with arrogance while engaging negatively towards me trying to provoke an argument He shouted at me responding to me that we will not repair your necklace! I'm a true believer in excellent customer service and in this case the manager inverted by delivering violent behavior!

ANYONE who has worked with jewelers understands that there is BASELINE cost of gold/silver/platinum etc. Then there is the WORKSHOP cost. They dont "scam" you here. The prices are SPOT+LABOR+10%(on a good day) profit. Whoever wrote these absurd reviews before mine clearly are braindead. If your jewler made a pendant when gold was at 4K$ an oz and it sat on the shelf for 6 months at a 2500$ price point and these guys charged 2750 its due to them turning inventory over faster and the gold being higher at the time of making. My fiancée wears her engagement ring daily. Not a single stone has fallen out. Not a single piece has had any issue in the two years she has owned it. If we do have a problem im SURE they will solve it. People need to actually understand business instead of leaving uninformed opinions. If Royal Jewlers say its 18K its not 17.3 its not 17.7 its 18K and up. They tell you if its lab or natural stone. These guys are legit. I trust them VERY much. Proud to be a returning customer here.

When I returned to Royal Jewelers and presented them with the evidence of the price difference, the salesperson simply gave some frivolous excuse as to why the prices were different. This experience with Royal Jewelers has put me on guard and I will not be purchasing any more jewelry from Royal Jewelers. Overall, I'm of the belief that they are overpriced and although it is the goal of a business to make a profit, in doing so, businesses should not engage in price gouging.
