The nice man said he could see 6 or 8 just from the phone. Drove 45 minutes to get there and walked in and immediately saw just what we were looking for. He said he had to call the owner to find out the price. She told him nothing with items on the tables were for sale. Rather frustrated he put me on the phone with her. She told me the same thing and then HUNG up on me. What a hideous person. Too bad she has such a nice store chock full of antiques she won't sell. STAY away since she won't sell you her merchandise.

Once there we took a drive thu the downtown city streets. It was a windy fall day on a Saturday, and it looked like a ghost town. We pulled up our Yelp app and did a search of antiques shops. Once you get outside of the city antiques tend to become far less pricier. Our yelp search pulled up only 1.. Woods Antiques. With the help of google maps, we were driving to it, then past it, and then back towards it. The shop sits in the middle of a sports bar & large local drug store. From the road and without gps guidance it's easy to miss. Upon entering we were greeted with a smile, and asked if we were looking for anything. We weren't. The inside was as small as it looked, very cramped. The items inside we're of fair value, clean and priced well. However the store did leave us with wanting more. After are ramming thu the stores goods, we asked it there was any local bakery's or coffee shop. There were, we ended our windy fall small country town day with coffee in hand, and back to our big city lives.

I was simply blown away by the shear volume and variety of their inventory! This collectibles store has crafts, antiques, novelties, and consignment items, all categorized by subject matter, colors, shapes, designs and other variations. It is hard for me to accurately describe everything I saw when I was there, except to say it was simply overwhelming! There were several areas to look around and explore, and I often found myself reminiscing about things I've used in my past or played with in my youth! This store should be on everyone's list to visit when you're looking for that special toy for a child, something you might add to your collection, or for the older adult who wishes he was young again! It is on a beautiful wooded road, and is easy to miss if you didn't take that road. Don't miss it! The couple who runs it (and lives next door) is super nice, and they have a small but interesting and diverse collection of antiques - reasonably priced estate jewelry, vintage baby clothes, kitchen items, old furniture and lots of other great things. If you're "antiquing" in the area (a good place to do it), you should stop by Hen's Teeth as well as Millett's Auction House in nearby Vermillion, OH.

The store offers one-of-a-kind service and merchandise. LAYOUT: The store is one large space with multiple rooms and nooks. The front of the store has manly vibes. The rest of the store has treasures that are more domestic. MERCHANDISE: I've explored plenty of vintage stores but only found certain things here. The front of the store has barber shop sign, old lamps, antique old cans, collectible cars, gas cans, and more. Seriously suitable for a man's cave. The remaining merchandise are ethnic statues, apothecary and perfume bottles, figurines, cups and plates, antique lamps, bonnets, vinyls, wall art, Coca-Cola relics, and more. The shop does not have clothing with the exception of accessories - purses and clutches. However, I was most impressed with multiple small jars with of tonics and other apothecary finds. The inventory is not really organized by theme except perhaps the front, but somehow the store just flows. Every corner holds so much treasure. SERVICE: The service is very friendly. The shop keeper approached me in a greeting, complimented my outfit, and was very welcoming. She felt very genuine. I would recommend a visit to this shop for unique gifts or if you're entertaining.
