So far, my experience with Milan has been positive. My initial inquiry led to contact from the company to set up a consultation. Following the consultation, I felt informed and confident in my decision to go forward with laser hair removal. They were open and answered all of my questions and I did not feel uncomfortable during ​ process. It is too soon for me to rate results because I am too new to the process and time will tell how the results of the laser hair removal go. The front desk staff were very helpful and kind once I first came in! They gave me a good idea on price and care process before my first appointment! Esha was an incredible nurse and was very attentive! She eased all of my worries and made sure I knew where and what was happening. They had good music playing and we had conversation in the duration of the appointment, making the process smoother overall. I had the Brazilian, legs, and underarms done; the service had some minor pains on sensitive areas, but was truly not as bad as I thought it would be. The workers were all very nice and welcoming. I had lots of questions during my free consultation and Brook was very patient with me when answering them. Becca also did a great job of making sure I felt as comfortable as possible during the process. The facility was very clean and looked very high end. I was absolutely thrilled to find out their machines are made to work on darker melanin skin whereas some machines cannot. Milan is the greatest thing that has happened to this girls beautiful brown skin! I've been looking to get lasered for years and they offer it for literally the rest of your life!
