I went for the float tank. It wasn't a tank, it was a giant bathtub. They gave me ear plugs but I could still hear outside noise from the hall and other areas. This was during covid during the summer. No staff was wearing a mask. I was very disappointed with the float. I've been in a deprivation tank before which brought more relaxation. Their giant tub was no match. read more

I LOVE this place. From the moment you walk in, you feel relaxed by the calm atmosphere and beautiful design. The staff is warm and friendly. My prenatal massage with Shirley was the best I ever had. My name is April Sullivan and I am a wife and mother of 3 beautiful children. I obtained my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University in 2004 and have been in practice for 14 years. During this time I have seen many patients who have chronic, complex illness and unrelenting pain. As a therapist I was frustrated that I could not treat the entire person with physical therapy. I saw many underlying causes that had not been addressed. So, I started searching and found functional medicine. I have since completed the ADAPT training program through the Kresser Institute for Functional and Evolutionary Medicine.
