If I could give this company zero stars I would. They received the request to tow my car at 2:10pm and were supposed to arrive at 4:12. I received a call at 4:06 that they would be cancelling because they only own flatbed trucks and my car, like many in boston, is in a garage and they do not own the equipment to perform the job they were hired to do. When I asked why they are just now calling and have wasted the whole day with me stranded the rude customer service lady said it wasn't her problem and ended the conversation calling me a "f**kin little b*tch" and telling me to go "f**k myself". This behavior is totally unacceptable in any customer service standpoint. This company is poorly represented and under prepared to work in a functioning city such as Boston. read more

Severely lacking in basic human decency and customer service. The person on the phone was rude, but shockingly not as rude as the driver who showed up and remained on his headset the entire time with his base and refused to communicate with me, a woman. We spoke the same language he just decided to only communicate with his base and had them keep calling me while he is standing there after I told them my phone is dying. Mind you I have been calling 911, Honda Cares, my insurance, Enterprise, and Uber since this company would not help my dog. It is snowing and alternating with rain and I had an accident out of my home state and had my dog with me. I tell them all of this in advance. They say no dogs in the two truck and to secure an Uber. I do this and call my insurance company to secure a rental car. My insurance company keeps telling me they need another minute to arrange a rental car and I cannot charge my phone since my car is now hooked to the tow. The driver decides to unhook me and leaves my car, my dog and I on the side of the road in the snow with me out of state and no phone now. He never said I can use his phone or charger. I had to walk .6 miles to a rental company luckily there was one that close that I found with my dog in the snow and drive back to the scene and call another tow company that magically has policies in place and was very nice and responsive with excellent customer service. Never use these people if they answer your call from AAA cancel the tow and get another company you will be glad you did! read more

We had to junk a car and my boyfriend had waited until the last minute so we ended up having to get it done in a two hour period before traveling for the holiday. Milan Towing came to our rescue. They allowed us to schedule an appointment the night before, arrived early and provided extremely friendly service. We did a lot of our communication over text which made it that much easier. Never had car issues before and I don't have any experience with getting my car towed but Milan Towing made me feel super comfortable and safe. From the moment they picked up the phone to the moment my car was dropped off at my home the service was EXCELLENT. The driver, I believe his name is David, was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional.
