My grandson's car got a flat and he called me for help. I called Fleming's Tow Service. and they arrived in less than 30 minutes. They towed it to Town Fair Tire in Salem. The driver, Matt, was great. He walked me through the whole process and made it easy. He is a credit to the company. After the negative reviews on Yelp, I was a little nervous, but Matt was great. My Opinion This tow truck company is very unprofessional/Rude the drivers don't know how to drive they don't make the stop sign then want to fight people on the road when they are the one thats wrong.Its Dangerous because it's a Huge Flat Bed Truck so Make your stop sign and you wouldn't have a problem on the road. One of their drivers is arrogant and entitled. He brings down the rep of this entire company by his behaviors. He lives on Rockaway street and neighbors are always complaining about spit on their windshields and scratches to their cars after parking in front of his house. A good friend of mine had to get his hood replaced because he backed into it and didn't take any accountability for it. He's constantly arguing with neighbors about parking in front or behind this big tow truck which literally does not fit on the street. If you're going to destroy and disrespect peoples properties at least make sure your business's logo isn't visible in front of your house. I don't get how this man even has a job. read more
