I was going on vacation that afternoon and was going to take a flight and be gone for about two weeks.. I text her as soon as I wake up and she does not respond to try to help me. ALL I WAS asking for was to remove my eyelashes, NOT even a refund back. I had to call several times to the actual store. I just need a solution on my eye, it takes 20 min. She tells me " take allergy pills and apply coconut oil on your eye and it'll fall off". Thanks. Had a crappy time with my eyelids during Coachella. A week later I still have clumps of eyelashes that will not fall off bc she used TOO MUCH glue. She only cares about people who she thinks will pay more or continue to come back. I was referred to her by my massage therapist that works in the same office as her. I am so glad that I went to her! Itzel was very friendly and her room was clean and welcoming. She made sure to clean up my eyebrows only and did not try to alter the shape like other estheticians have done in the past, which have ruined my brows. She really knows what she is doing and listens to what you want. $15 to have my eyebrows waxed by Itzel was totally worth it!
