I called to see if there was much of a wait and they were able to get my daughter and I right in for pedis. Prices were similar to others in the area. My daughter's gel polish on her toes lasted over a month before slowly starting to go disappear. Very happy with that! Went to a different place recently and her gel polish only lasted barely a week before falling off. So seems we'll be going back to Main St Nails! read more

This place is awful. I wanted to take my Mom and myself for some quality time and get our nails done. We arrived as a walk in, were told 15 minutes. We stated we would come back in 15. Went to King Soopers, came back 15 minutes later, sat down and waited to be taken care of. They took my mom and started. They asked me to sit in another chair 4 away from my mom. I sat there for 10 minutes, before the nail tech next to my station looked at me as said 5 more minutes. I stated ok. Well, 5 minutes had passed, the customer got up, washed her hands and then proceeded to have her nails finished. That was another 10 minutes. I stood up, grabbed my things and went to sit down in the waiting area. My mom's nails were finished at that time! It wasn't until then, the tech said she could do my nails. So I paid 25$ for them to clip, file and paint my mother's nails. Wasn't even a full manicure, no cuticle cutting, no lotion massage, nothing. Our quality time was ruined by the crappy service and the inability to manage walk-ins. Time management is not taken into account. Very bad experience and we will take our business to another salon who values customer service and time commitments. read more

I broke a nail and my regular nail tech was booked so I decided to try Main Street as they had availability. Suffice it to say that it was my first and last visit. The people are very nice and I loved the color options but the quality of workmanship was terrible. You can see in the pics that there lines, bubbles, and divots in some of my nails. Quality was poor. Over charged, customer service was trash! They told me that I would get charged for a rebase and charged me over 75 dollars. Mind you, I had already had almost of my nails that were already gel x French tips still in tacked besides 2 fingers. Didn't have the correct color of powder, technician made a make shift color of acetone with gel polish just to achieve a similar color of a French tip. Did not have correct shape of tip so tried to make the shape by using files and the electric file... he did not even come close to the similarity in shape. Over painted my French tips by a long shot.they proceeded to charge me 75 dollars for the rebase and "repair" . My pedicure done by an older lady was amazing. As far as acrylics it seemed as if they had 2 separate crews as the people who did the acrylic were all in the back doing I don't know what as I waited to have a nail tech to do my rebase... that should have took 45 mins took over 2 hours. Once trying to get an understanding why I was paying 75 dollars for the poor service I revived the nail tech proceeded to get louder with me and storm off to get someone else, that ended up giving me a completely different price... which ended up being more...once payment they tried to walk away with receipt with tip and amount still blank, once I asked for receipt back they told me I had mine... I said "no, I want that one!" She walked back and I had noticed they were trying to write in amount due that was different than the one that was posted, thru tips. This business is scammers. Needless to say I will not be coming back and will be reaching out to better business read more

Awful service. And my nails look even worse. I showed my nail tec what I wanted multiple time and he kept saying he can easily do them. Ones they started to look a little off he didn't fix anything and refused to hear me out. He started to do what he thought would look good not what I came in for. Also three of my fingers were bleeding with out deep he was shaving the nail. He took off the color and all the nails were different sizes and shapes. I was obviously very disappointed and irritated and he sent me out the door charging me for having no color on and lopsided nails and when I brought up how they don't look good and the refused to understand my problem and still proceeded to charge me and I paid for nothing on my nails. Went in for a simple French full set and pedicure. She dipped my nails into white powder instead of using a normal white tip. They looked awful.. I told her I didn't like them at all and asked if she could use the white tip. She got so mad and got up and started storming around the store complaining about me. It was humiliating. I was so mad. Then she started the process of doing my nails the way I wanted but then stopped and said she didn't have time to finish. I was pissed. I wasted two hours of my life in this nail salon. First time going here today. I was getting a pedicure done and they were cleaning the bottom of my foot with one of the grater tools to get the dead skin off. And they cut me.. was burning pretty good. I asked if it was bleeding and he said a little. Thinking ok, not that bad. Got done, out to my car and there was blood all over the bottom of my foot. A little smaller than a dime size chunk out of my foot. If I would have been asked how I was.. needed anything, something. I would not leave a bad review. I only give them 3 stars because they charged over $50 for a deluxe pedicure and while it was nice with the wax and hot stones, the massage was dull, very very dull (more like a gentle touch of the legs and feet). I had a great experience here. Micheal my nail tech paid close attention to details and when I told him my profession ( I work with children) he made sure my nails were smooth and not sharp at all. My pedicure was also great and well done. I would go here again and recommend you do also. read more

While the pedicure I received was good quality, I am quite disappointed with the staff's management of their facility during a pandemic. There was zero sanitation of the pedicure chairs after customers left, staff walked around aimlessly with their masks off and just smiled at customers like it was no big deal. I have long been coming to this salon since moving to the area but they have lost a customer permanently. I did not feel safe and could not wait to leave. read more

Was not happy at the fact that the technician kept yelling at me frustratingly because I wouldn't put my hand under the uv light machine for shellac (which I was doing) The lady next to him had to tell him to calm down because she could even hear him being rude to me.
