I broke a nail and my regular nail tech was booked so I decided to try Main Street as they had availability. Suffice it to say that it was my first and last visit. The people are very nice and I loved the color options but the quality of workmanship was terrible. You can see in the pics that there lines, bubbles, and divots in some of my nails. I guess that may be why they had such availability.

The lighter lines you see, in sunlight they shift on the nails. Beautiful!

I ended up having to file my own nails. i asked for acrylics from the moment I stepped in. And was not heard or understood. Then proceeded to dip my nail in the dip powder but I asked for acrylic tips! Maybe if they spoke better English they would provide better service. For being immigrant in this country they sure are racist. White ladies are golden any other ethnicity stay away!

Awful service. And my nails look even worse. I showed my nail tec what I wanted multiple time and he kept saying he can easily do them. Ones they started to look a little off he didn't fix anything and refused to hear me out. He started to do what he thought would look good not what I came in for. Also three of my fingers were bleeding with out deep he was shaving the nail. He took off the color and all the nails were different sizes and shapes. I was obviously very disappointed and irritated and he sent me out the door charging me for having no color on and lopsided nails and when I brought up how they don't look good and the refused to understand my problem and still proceeded to charge me and I paid for nothing on my nails. So unprofessional!

Went in for a simple French full set and pedicure. She dipped my nails into white powder instead of using a normal white tip. They looked awful.. I told her I didn't like them at all and asked if she could use the white tip. She got so mad and got up and started storming around the store complaining about me. It was humiliating. I was so mad. Then she started the process of doing my nails the way I wanted but then stopped and said she didn't have time to finish. I was pissed. I wasted two hours of my life in this nail salon. Horrible service. Plus they've raised their prices and a simple basic pedicure is now $35. Don't waste your time or money.

Only nail salon that ACTUALLY listens to what you want. Every time I've went, I show them the design I want, they put me with the appropriate person (seems everyone there is good at certain things and they make sure the person knows what I want).

I called to see if there was much of a wait and they were able to get my daughter and I right in for pedis. Prices were similar to others in the area. My daughter's gel polish on her toes lasted over a month before slowly starting to go disappear. Very happy with that! Went to a different place recently and her gel polish only lasted barely a week before falling off. So seems we'll be going back to Main St Nails! read more

This place is awful. I wanted to take my Mom and myself for some quality time and get our nails done. We arrived as a walk in, were told 15 minutes. We stated we would come back in 15. Went to King Soopers, came back 15 minutes later, sat down and waited to be taken care of. They took my mom and started. They asked me to sit in another chair 4 away from my mom. I sat there for 10 minutes, before the nail tech next to my station looked at me as said 5 more minutes. I stated ok. Well, 5 minutes had passed, the customer got up, washed her hands and then proceeded to have her nails finished. That was another 10 minutes. I stood up, grabbed my things and went to sit down in the waiting area. My mom's nails were finished at that time! It wasn't until then, the tech said she could do my nails. So I paid 25$ for them to clip, file and paint my mother's nails. Wasn't even a full manicure, no cuticle cutting, no lotion massage, nothing. Our quality time was ruined by the crappy service and the inability to manage walk-ins. Time management is not taken into account. Very bad experience and we will take our business to another salon who values customer service and time commitments. read more

Quality was poor. Over charged, customer service was trash! They told me that I would get charged for a rebase and charged me over 75 dollars. Mind you, I had already had almost of my nails that were already gel x French tips still in tacked besides 2 fingers. Didn't have the correct color of powder, technician made a make shift color of acetone with gel polish just to achieve a similar color of a French tip. Did not have correct shape of tip so tried to make the shape by using files and the electric file... he did not even come close to the similarity in shape. Over painted my French tips by a long shot.they proceeded to charge me 75 dollars for the rebase and "repair" . My pedicure done by an older lady was amazing. As far as acrylics it seemed as if they had 2 separate crews as the people who did the acrylic were all in the back doing I don't know what as I waited to have a nail tech to do my rebase... that should have took 45 mins took over 2 hours. Once trying to get an understanding why I was paying 75 dollars for the poor service I revived the nail tech proceeded to get louder with me and storm off to get someone else, that ended up giving me a completely different price... which ended up being more...once payment they tried to walk away with receipt with tip and amount still blank, once I asked for receipt back they told me I had mine... I said "no, I want that one!" She walked back and I had noticed they were trying to write in amount due that was different than the one that was posted, thru tips. This business is scammers. Needless to say I will not be coming back and will be reaching out to better business read more

First time going here today. I was getting a pedicure done and they were cleaning the bottom of my foot with one of the grater tools to get the dead skin off. And they cut me.. was burning pretty good. I asked if it was bleeding and he said a little. Thinking ok, not that bad. Got done, out to my car and there was blood all over the bottom of my foot. A little smaller than a dime size chunk out of my foot. If I would have been asked how I was.. needed anything, something. I would not leave a bad review. But nothing, bandaid, did not ask if I was ok. I would not recommend this salon. read more

People were very nice here, was able to get in fast. But not happy at all with my nails! I wanted a nude grey and the color on the sample is nothing like what's on my nails. ORANGE! She didn't notice at all and I already had her change the color once. Wasn't worth a second time! I asked her if she had the right color, she said yes. All well! read more

Friendly staff. Did a good job on the pedicure. I only give them 3 stars because they charged over $50 for a deluxe pedicure and while it was nice with the wax and hot stones, the massage was dull, very very dull (more like a gentle touch of the legs and feet). I'll come back but will just get a regular pedicure next time. read more

I had a great experience here. Micheal my nail tech paid close attention to details and when I told him my profession ( I work with children) he made sure my nails were smooth and not sharp at all. My pedicure was also great and well done. I would go here again and recommend you do also. read more

What a horrible place, lousy job in on my nails, started breaking in two days, had it fixed only to have more breaks the next day! The clear coat came off. They rushed me through and didn't use enough product. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! Don't go there! read more

Worst nail job ever. It took 10 times and 2 nail techs to even get a new set even lengths. Then I ended up with very lumpy bumpy all different thicknesses that they couldn't even fix after several tries. I would say don't waste your money or time there read more

Lady sitting next to me paid $45 for a pedicure thank you, I paid 55 for the deluxe she got a longer massage, a much better massage, and her nails looked fantastic. I pay extra for a short tiny massage, she missed one leg entirely and she didn't sand my toenails so they're all bumpy.... Don't recommend this place read more

Unprofessional. Very rude. And not accommodating. Went in with a picture, the nail tech assured me it was easy to do and will be done. After sitting there for an hour I told them I wasn't happy with the overall shape and color. The white tip had a lot of little bubbles. I asked him to fix the problem and he was telling me he didn't see a problem and was laughing to things I was bringing up. I left with no color on my nails and a horrible shape. He proceeded to charge me for it, after I kept asking for what, he told me for his time. I ended up paying $40 for absolutely nothing. Don't waste time money or your energy. read more

Not sure if I put her out, but she was rushing me around..Had to re-do my toes since she didn't use toe separators, as I walked from the pedi chair to the nail station, then painted them before I moved to the drying area, why? read more

I read the reviews about this place and almost turned around. I thought I would go in and give it a chance. I should've stuck to walking out. Horrible service, they tried to change the price on me when I was checking out. Sat for an hour and a half just for polish. Sadly the polish after one full day on is coming off. While the pedicure I received was good quality, I am quite disappointed with the staff's management of their facility during a pandemic. There was zero sanitation of the pedicure chairs after customers left, staff walked around aimlessly with their masks off and just smiled at customers like it was no big deal. I have long been coming to this salon since moving to the area but they have lost a customer permanently. I did not feel safe and could not wait to leave. read more

-10. HORRIBLE!! DO NOT GO!!That's what I leave this place! I had an appointment today at 2:30 with Kay. After I waited 3 days for her she flat out told me she had another client at 3 and just left me for another client. Keep in mind she was sitting there for 30 minutes doing nothing. I was already there myself and my 3 children as we always go. The person who did my nails was rushed not gentle at all! They were speaking vietnamese the whole time and laughing. They over charged me and didn't care when I brought it to there attention! Again laughing. The owner looked at me like I was stupid. I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE! After being a monthly customer that myself and my family would go to for years I was expecting a lot more!! BEWARE. They don't value there customers at all. Save the heartache! FIND SOME WHERE ELSE! Was not happy at the fact that the technician kept yelling at me frustratingly because I wouldn't put my hand under the uv light machine for shellac (which I was doing) The lady next to him had to tell him to calm down because she could even hear him being rude to me. Then surprisingly up charged my bill for little things I have never been charged for anywhere else at. I'm familiar with the price and that wasn't okay. $50 for a regular shellac manicure just to be yelled at? No. Never again, sorry. read more

First time in today and was lucky enough to get Van!! She has been doing nails for 16 years and has the personality for it. She was so friendly, so chatty, and cared nothing more than to provide excellent customer service. I got gel mani/deluxe pedi and was able to relax the entire time. In our small area there are about 5 nail salons in a five square mile area, so the competition is pretty deep. I will be going back to Van next time I need my nail/toe fix!!! read more

I truly do not recommend this place and hope no one else has to waste their money the way I did.

She isn't into all the acrylic and tips as it damages your nails. Her skills are unmatched and she doesn't use all of those insane gadgets to damage your nails even further. She is hands down the best and am so grateful I was able to stumble upon her. So shoutout to all of the great reviews here on yelp as they did not disappoint. Kristen will be my go to from here on out. Please note that she is by appointment only which I can appreciate. And when you make an appointment, just know she will be there before you and not at the time you set or after. Thank goodness she is on time and punctual.

After some bad experiences with my previous nail salon, I stumbled upon Main St. and have never turned back! My schedule fluctuates often and whenever I have to come in as a walk-in, they are so accommodating. They respect customers' time and if they sense it will take a while, they will give you a heads up (i.e. whether it'll be an hour, 30 min, etc). The nail techs are also so creative and artistic. Sometimes I'll go in and not have a clue what i want. With the suggestion of the nail tech and their artistic talents, I always leave more than satisfied with the result. Other times, I will come in, show the nail tech a Pinterest picture of what I want and they NAIL it (no pun intended ;) ...always. I will definitely keep coming back. These guys rock. read more

Main Street Nails is absolutely wonderful! The quality of their work is consistently great, and everyone there is so warm, welcoming, and inviting. Our nails are always done beautifully, and we truly feel pampered every time we visit. They recently went above and beyond by hosting a lovely Christmas celebration with an amazing spread of delicious food and treats--it made the experience feel extra special and festive. The owners are incredibly kind, and Sue is amazing--she truly makes every visit a joy. I have had 3 pedicures here. The first two were great. The third one was ok. I did one of the upgraded ones and guy had no idea how to do it. The hot stone addition was only one hot stone which was barely used on both legs/feet. He also only used one hot towel and draped it over both legs instead of wrapping each leg individually like most places or techs do. Like most places it seems to depend on who you get. read more

I walked in without an appointment and was greeted immediately. The nail technician was so pleasant and offered me a variety of festive options. I had a great experience here. Clean, beautiful space and very nice staff. I got a pedicure and put on closed-toe shoes too soon afterward, so two nails got messed up. When I went back later that day, they were sweet and accommodating. My nail tech fixed the problem free of charge. Highly recommend! read more

I asked for a nude Ombré look and they came out horrible. you can clearly see the two different colors. Wouldn't recommend going here. Horrible. I usually get my nails done at Beautiful Nails but had no spots:( but if you want your nails done nicely go to Beautiful nails! read more
