I had to move, so unfortunately have to be on the prowl to find someone adequate up to the task of taking care of such a laundry list of problems that are so complex as having Ehlers-Danlos with all the arthritis, disc degeneration, scoliosis, spasms, strains, and secondary nerve irregularities that come with it. I saw Seth for 6 months while I was there once a week, and he was absolutely fantastic. He is the best therapist that I have found since my friend that I was seeing for over 5 years before the pandemic in San Diego caused him to retire and relocate. He did so many of the same things that it was a huge relief to find that. I really could not recommend Seth enough, from different techniques of cupping, assisted stretching, deep tissue, lymphatic drain, chranial sacral, he did a great job helping to mitigate my pain symptoms and give me back a modicum of my energy that I needed to get through my days. Had I not had so many difficulties outside my medical massage, he would have been central to my physical therapy and medical rehab plan to rebuild my strength, but I had to leave due to difficulties with the VA system and being unable to acclimate to the altitude and dryness after so many years at sea level. I had a wonderful experience at Mile High Holistics in Lakewood with Iris. I was a little early and the great front office staff offered me tea while I waited. I prefer a lighter touch over deep pressure, and she was a perfect fit. Her massage was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep during part of it! Cheryl is a gem!!!! I found Mile High Holistic on my insurance website but, when I called I found out they no only take insurance. However, I signed up for their email list. I highly recommend doing so as they send out deals via email. I received an email about upcoming opening on a weekend. So, I signed up for. 60-minute massage with Cheryl. WOW! Cheryl was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and asked great question to understand how to customize the massage to my needs. She even turned the heated table on lower which was perfect for helping to relax. The massage started off unlike any I have received before but by the end I was so relaxed I was falling in and out of sleep. I highly recommend Cheryl and I can't wait to go back. Agree with my fellow Yelper; unprofessional customer service. Found this business through my insurance company's website as an in-network provider for pain management. I called the number listed and was greeted by a surprised female (manager or owner I'd imagine) who told me to go to their site and fill out a form and someone would be in touch. That was almost a month ago. 1) no one ever took 60 seconds to simply get back to me 2) now their website states they don't bill insurance. I've no issue with the latter as there are plenty of alternatives but folks - do the right thing and treat people the way you want to be treated. I have plenty of flex spending dollars I can use to cover the costs but I will not give them my business or refer people to them. read more

My body is a mess and when she was finished, I was in a cloud of bliss. She found areas that I wasn't even aware had knots and tangles. I learned alot from Sarah and the inner works of every part of the body that us humans really overuse and neglect. I had my first facial and reflexology appointment here with Felicia. To say she was amazing is an understatement. I went in for a facial and to check out reflexology, as I've never had it done before, and I left with a whole body relaxation and rejuvenation feeling. Felicia explained every product she was using on my face and was very thorough in describing the technique she used for massage and why. She detailed the results I would see from the reflexology and she wasn't wrong! She even asked if she could take a before and after picture to show me how clenched my feet were and she wasn't wrong! Wow! When I left I was relaxed and completely stress-free. I highly recommend this place and especially Felicia. If you're open to hearing about energy she will fill you in on that too. She read my energy perfectly and put my mind at ease about things that were causing me stress. I was touched inappropriately multiple times by my masseuse. I was so shocked that I didn't say anything at the time and also because I was worried for my safety, as I didn't know if there was anyone else in the building. I called the business owner the next day to complain, and she was completely dismissive and gaslit me, asking me if I was really sure about what I remembered. She didn't promise any action would be taken against him and all she did was offer me a free reiki "healing" session with one of their other masseuses (as if I would ever go back to this place!). Incredibly, shockingly insensitive and unprofessional. Ladies especially, STAY AWAY!! This place should have their license revoked. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service, I can't even schedule an appointment with these people.... I scheduled online and then got an email saying to `Text` or `Email` them if you are using insurance. So I emailed them and was instructed to go to their insurance form online and fill it out, so I did that. I then got an email asking to provide an image of my insurance card (like why go fill out the form if they are going to just have me send them a picture???)
