When I had gone in, another employee told me that they kept more bags in the back near the humidifier, and it kept them more moist. I asked this young man yesterday if he could go in the back and look, and he guaranteed me. It would be of the same quality and that this bag was fresh and moist. I asked him if he could go check please, and instead he routed through the bags upfront to demonstrate to me what a dry bag felt like. Well, I just open the bag of the "fresh and moist" tobacco, and it is very dry and difficult to roll. When I called him just now, he said there was no recourse now that the bag is opened. So I just wasted $46 on tobacco and a box of tubes. Very disappointed and quite frankly quite upset.
