I left a piece to be repaired and got it back in worse condition than I left it. I had to leave it again to be fixed the right way. When I picked it up the second time, the sales person was condescending and made me feel like it did not understand the nature of the repair, however, I knew exactly what I was talking about. She just did not want to admit that the poor quality repair was their mistake. Sterling has always in the past been known for quality repairs, however, this time they missed the mark and I don't know that I will trust them again.

I had not heard back so I called and I was informed that she was busy and would get me my quote that day. When had not heard back in 2 days, I called back again. I was told that they are understaffed and she was overwhelmed. She completed another inquiry and would be working on my order. I was told that she would send me the information that night. There was a timeline for the item as it was a gift I expressed my frustration with the delays and my concerns and the associate abruptly hung up. I did not receive the quote as promised again. I have been a past customer here for many purchases and never experienced such poor service. They are not attentive to the customer and do not follow through with a commitment.
