I had not heard back so I called and I was informed that she was busy and would get me my quote that day. When had not heard back in 2 days, I called back again. I was told that they are understaffed and she was overwhelmed. She completed another inquiry and would be working on my order. I was told that she would send me the information that night. There was a timeline for the item as it was a gift I expressed my frustration with the delays and my concerns and the associate abruptly hung up. I did not receive the quote as promised again. I have been a past customer here for many purchases and never experienced such poor service. They are not attentive to the customer and do not follow through with a commitment. At the mall, I walked by a kiosk and causally asked what it would cost to fix my battery. The kiosk guy said starts at $60. Well, I actually have all the watch repair equipment at home for other watches and definitely wasn't spending $60 for a battery replacement out of principle. I then saw Hannoush Jewelers and figured I'd go in and inquire. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations. I stopped by the counter in the back for service/sales and met Michael. He was very pleasant. I explained I just needed a battery and he said $10 and about 1 hour; He got it. I came back about 45min later and he said once the watch was under light it started working so no charge. Hmm I thought okay that's pretty cool! They could have come up with some story about a new battery-but they were honest. A refreshing change--honest folk. I went back a few weeks later. We'll be attending a Charity Banquet and Ball in a few weeks, and she was looking for a dress to wear. She found a beauty - a nice red Calvin Klein dress stickered at $134 but tagged at just $49.97. That's 62% off. Customer service was great. When we went to the register to pay, we saw a minor stitching defect at the back of the dress. Our cashier arranged for a runner to head back to the rack with us and we found the exact same dress in perfect condition. No complaints at all.
