We had an amazing time on our trip with MGA to Japan! It didn't start out as we planned since our…read more11:00 am flight to Tokyo via Toronto was canceled the night before at 10:30pm. Michael's team (thanks, Kristen) worked through the night to rebook us on another flight (we did have to fly from Newark rather than Philadelphia but not too long a drive) , this one direct, to get us to Japan to meet up with the tour group. If we'd stayed with Air Canada's rebooking, we'd have missed a whole day. Instead, we got to enjoy the bullet train to Kyoto and the start of a wonderful cherry blossom voyage circumnavigating Japan. Michael and Kelly and their MGA team curated a special cruise and excursions that we are so glad we got to experience. We've been on about 8 trips with them all over the world, and it's helpful to have their experience and ability to resolve issues. Plus they are great people and a lot of fun!

I only added one star because I was unable to do none and still post this review…read more This taxi service was recommended by my hotel and I unfortunately took their advice and scheduled my pickup at 9 pm on a Sunday for 7am the next morning. The driver showed up @ 7:33 and because of this I missed the window to check my luggage and had to pay an extra $100 to take the next flight 12 hours later. I also had to eat the money I spent on the hotel I had booked when I landed because I would have arrived too late to check in. Then when I called the company to let them know, the woman who answered the phone had the nerve to say I wasn't there at the hotel when their driver showed. But wait.........5 minutes after their driver was supposed to be there, the front desk called them and stated that I was waiting for my 7am cab, when was someone arriving? ASAP was the response. Do not use this cab company if you need to be somewhere within a specific window of time. That someone is unable to show up with 10 hours notice is nonsense and you would essentially guarantee yourself a missed flight or have to throw your bag in the trash if you want to have the trip you planned and paid for.
