What a great place for a night out with friends- nachos are awesome, all fresh ingredients and the chicken is so good- saganaki was a win, The milestone fries are top notch, had a pizza with everything on it and every ingredient was fresh and so delicious. Phil, our bartender was awesome- A great place to watch the game or have a date night. What a gem in Eastpointe! The prices are incredible, comparable to that of a Coney Island but much much finer atmosphere. Cannot wait to go back! Very disappointing. Went twice and order got screwed up twice. Ordered the nachos with no onions and they took the order back, picked the onions off and brought it back. Another employee was dressed down in front of us showing a lack of class. Gave 1 star as they did comp a beverage. read more

Went today for the first time. Went for lunch. Service was super fast and friendly. Food was super yummy with large portions. I had the grilled chicken pita. My mom had a burger and fries. Today I came here for lunch for my first time with my two girlfriends from work. They had been here before for lunch and really enjoyed it. When ordering we got a side of onion rings ( a side, not an appetizer) and they overcharged. Not to mention they did this the last time they were there and that's how they knew they were overcharged...the OWNER came to our table and we said we would be telling everyone we work with about this place because the inside was beautiful, he cut us off to say "what's the issue with the onion rings?" So we said we were over charged and he said "I'd like to know who your waitress was last time you were here because that's not the price" (mind you, it's only a two dollar difference...) when ordering the onion rings we also made it a point to mention twice the price and our waiter agreed that that's what the price was! We finally said "seriously we will just pay" and he walked away! Not once did he say how was your lunch, how are you...he was an ass! I'd hate to work for that guy! I'll NEVER step foot in that place again simply based on his unprofessional attitude! Love it! Went once with my friend when they first opened. She said the fish was yummy. I had the French dip but it was too dry for me (but I am a french dip fanatic). Another time my husband and I went. I had the parmesan crusted chicken - great. Went back with the whole family and all 6 of us said we would be back. The pasta portions are large - I love taking home a lot of food for my next day's lunch. The Pizza looks great-I may try it but I'm such a Cloverleaf fan!?! read more

this is my third visit but something is seriously different. the last two visits were great. this time......we'll. you be the judge. we were seated within a minute or two. great. but then waited almost 8 minutes for a server. We were about to leave when she walked up and introduced herself. we were ready to order since we had been looking at the menu for 8 minutes, so she took our order. 2apps as our entrees. calamari and steak tips. within 2 minutes there was a young man at our table asking who had the steak tips. I though wow, that was quick. until the man at the next table said "hey, we ordered steak tips before they did". then I looked at the other plate he had...not calamari but a steak. I told the kid no that's not our order, so he gave it to the other table. Ok. Mistakes happen. About 5 minutes later our waitress brought our calamari. We ate half of it, no steak tips, three quarters of it, no steak tips, all of it...you guessed it no steak tips. Then we saw the same kid with steak tips walking toward us and we thought ok here they come...until he stopped and dropped them off at another table. Within a minute iue waitress came over and said " I'm so sorry your steak tips were delivered to another table.". We said we're not interested in them anymore, take them off the bill and cash us out, it's fine. So, calamari and coffee, $20.79. Ok fine. We gave her $40 and 5 minutes later she hands us $3 and walks away. Um...NO!! a man whom I assume was either the mgr or the owner came over to tell us he was taking $2 off the bill because of the confusion and we said we didn't care but we only got $3 back instead of $19. he said ok walked away and we never saw him again. 6 minutes later after we yelled across the room to get our servers attention, she came over looked at the $3 and said "that's ok, don't worry about it". WHAT???? when we told her she brought the wrong change she grabbed the $3 and left. then came back, dropped a $20 on the table and said "have a nice day". UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! Oh and she told us that the reason tge other tables food came to us and ours went somewhere else was because she wrote up the tickets wrong. "Oops". read more

Great food, great service! Chicken Quesadillas was amazing. My date had chicken noodle soup, and House Reuben...it looked delish. And I had the shrimp dinner with a loaded baked potato. Couldn't finish it because I was stuffed from the quesadilla and side salad. And the waitress was pleasantly attentive. read more

Came here and the server suggested Catfish. Received our food and it was Swai. Asked the manager to take it off our bill because it's wasn't catfish. She argued back and forward with us and then told us what don't know what catfish is after telling us she doesn't eat it. read more

I have been to Milestones several times and have had the same take away experience each and every time. Excellent ambiance, great service, clean and friendly atmosphere. Only problem is that the food is bland. It's a great place for drinks and fun conversation and if you consume enough drinks maybe you won't notice how bland the food is. read more

Their food is good most of the time. When they get busy they tend to make to many errors in orders and unfortunately that's when the quality suffers. I think they have a new cook. Not a good one. My family has eaten their for the last three years. But most recently we decided we will no longer eat there. Disappointed! read more

If you're going for food... A limited menu is yours. If you want water, that must be " prepared" according to waitstaff!. Want ketchup.... good luck! Bar can be fun but prices pretty high. Seems like a ton of staff turn over and staff looks miserable. Steak tips are good but steak dinner a huge let down. Bar staff handles money, keno and wet dirty rags and then squeezes a lime in your drink without washing hands- GROSS! My visit there was in a group, went a couple of times, and the food was pretty good, portions were good, and the service was excellent at first. Upon the second visit a member of our dining party was immediately not satisfied with her meal, informed the waitress and she tried to ignore her, and was very rude, got aggressive, so she then asked for the manager, when the Manager came over it was worse: she was rude, and loud, head, neck, and eyes rolling, the manager was walking on the back of her shoes, insisting without modifying the meal that she pay for the meal, she (the customer) then hesitatingly complied, they then added a 16% gratuity on her bill, and when she informed her that was definitely not paying that she snatched the bill from the customer. This is our favorite date night spot. We go at least once a week and sit at the bar. We have probably had everything on there menu and we love it all! Not to expensive and great service! One dine in for me and that was enough. We patiently waited how many years for this place to re open? Bring back the Legends Cafe, because Milestone is not great. The wait staff is absolutely donkey slow, and completely uneducated about any of the food or beverage. The atmosphere was decent. It was empty for a week night. Maybe 3 tables in the place. The food is so salty I needed 3 glasses of water to get through half a chicken breast and some smashed potatoes. The vegetables were smothered in some buttery salty mess, making them inedible. I had to get a manager to find out what's taking so long because it had been over 30 min when I was told it would take 20. He told me to talk to the cashier. My sisters and I visited there on yesterday 6/23/2018, my experience there was horrible, the waiter was very rude and so was the manager, manager was not willing to rectify the problem that arose. I purchased a rib dinner that I was not pleased with asked for it to be removed from my bill, the waiter replied I'm not taking that back, I said why not, she said you ordered it, I asked to speak with the manager I requested the dinner removed from my bill, the manager replied no I'm not, if I take it back I will have to throw it in the trash, so you ordered it and I'm not taking it back, I replied you cannot force me to buy food from this establishment, she arrogantly replied I'm not taking it off, she refused to refund me my money. The waitress was very rude at one point snatched my bank card from my hand, angry had begun to take over, and didn't want to embarrass my sisters nor myself, so after trying to resolve the issue with the manager only to no avail, we excused ourselves from the premises, with no intentions to ever return. What happened to this place? When they first opened, they were really good, the place was decently packed, and the food and service was excellent. Since then, it has slowly gone downhill. Since I'm not one to immediately dismiss a place off one bad experience unless they are doing something really bad, I figured I'd come back and try again since it was once great. I shouldn't have. I ordered a steak, medium rare which the waitress noted and a side salad. I look around as other people who came in after us get their entrees before i get my side salad, ok, nothing to worry about a steak takes a little longer. Eventually my salad does come out, nothing wrong wish it was there sooner. When my steak comes I start to cut into it, no way! It was tough to cut and well done. Medium rare should be mostly pink inside and almost melt away from a knife, this was fully grey throughout. I tried to flag down my waitress but she was no where to be seen. Finally, after what seemed like an eternity she stops by, I show her my steak she recalls I asked for medium rare. I ask for it to be comped due to the time it took to even get my food, I might as well have been speaking another language. She goes to the cook and he/she wants to see it, so she takes my plate (seriously!?) and the cook says it is fine. Ummm, if a cook doesn't know what a medium rare steak looks like (I cut into it in a few spots), I don't want to eat there. Also, I have no idea what they did to my food while it was gone. It only gets worse. I politely ask to see a manager due to the waitress being incompetent. Nothing. I don't see her or a manager. I ask two other waitresses, the bus boy, and the hostess. Newsflash people: if a customer wants a manager, he/she isn't very happy with the service so stop what you're doing and find the manager now! Finally after asking just about everyone who works there for a manager, he comes out. I explain my situation, he offered take out (I'm not eating a steak by that cook ever) I decline and ask for my meal to be free. He was polite and offered to do that for me, he was great. The problem is everyone else at his restaurant seems to not care and be really horrible at their job if I had to ask for all of them to get me to talk to him. Not to mention a cook who can't recognize a well done from a medium rare steak. Isn't that cooking 101? A failure on just about every single level outside of management. My husband and I went there for dinner last night. We live about three blocks away and this was our third visit and probably our last. I ordered the shrimp, which was okay. My husband ordered the broasted chicken. When he picked up the chicken, something that he thought was grease came running out, but it was blood. The chicken was raw. My meal was very bland from the last time I got it, there was way to much mozzarella cheese covering my pasta!
