My son has been going here since he was born. The nurses are always super responsive in the online portal and doctors are great. My son has had many appointments because he has a rare birth defect and I always felt welcome from all staff. I don't know why everyone is so upset about them asking about vaccinations, when they asked me I did not feel attacked and it was seen as a positive that they will not entertain not protecting your child with vaccinations. read more

My husband and I toured Milestone before our little one was born and felt that we were making a good decision by deciding to come to Milestone. In fact, while standing at the front desk talking to our tour guide, a lady who has been going there for many years took the time to tell us how much she and her family love Milestone. We have had several visits and each one has been pleasant- we never feel rushed- they take the time to answer all our questions- as new parents, we have a lot!! I really like that we have a choice of 3 pediatricians and 3 CPNPs. I have called the nurse line several times and have always received a call back within hours and have felt like they have answered my questions w/o judgement except for one time- I got a nurse that wasn't very friendly. On one other occasion, a front desk lady seemed to have forgotten her customer service smile but everyone else has been great! read more

Terrible. I sought out this pediatric practice after seeing stellar reviews. I booked an appointment for my nine month old as a second opinion as he was struggling to take a bottle and formula after being EBF (due to medical reasons I was no longer sufficiently able to feed him). The doctor just rubbed it off as I have a "stubborn" baby.. and to "keep trying" -- he had all my son's medical records available to him via MyChart. As such, could see how my son has lost weight (btw - babies should never lose weight). Dr R. said to return to the office in two-three weeks but he wasn't worried about anything. That was a Wednesday.... By Saturday we were admitted to the hospital with the diagnosis of Failure To Thrive where my son was placed on a feeding tube. If I didn't listen to my Mama gut and took this doc's lackadaisical approach, God only knows what would happen in that two to three week's time. Malpractice waiting to happen..... advocate for your child because this practice is not looking out for your kid's best interest. read more

BRINLEY - the lady who works at the front desk is TERRIBLE! I've been taking my 8 month daughter here since she was born. She had an appointment booked here already and I also wanted to register my other two older daughters here as well, the timings weren't working out to book their appointments so I asked for their vaccine records back to take them someplace else. I received a text that they canceled my 8 month old daughter's appointment - WITHOUT asking. I called back and their excuse was that since the older siblings won't be seen here, the baby's not going to be seen there either. "We would like to see them as a family" My older daughters didn't even HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BOOKED WITH THEM SO HOW COULD YOU JUST CANCEL A BABY'S APPOINTMENT?!? Either they're being petty that the other kids are not being seen there, they're racist or they're just trying to get rid of us. I have never had to deal with such a rude and uptight front desk person, her name is BRINLEY and I hope she gets fired. Clearly the doctors have no clue what's going on at the front of the office - would never EVER recommend this place to anyone. read more

Took my 1 year old here, never again. Rude staff, made us wait over 1 hour to meet with the doctor who barely does anything, barely explains anything to you, and seems annoyed when you ask a question. I'm sorry but this is my 1st child, damn right I'm going to be a helicopter parent and ask 1 million questions. You shouldn't make me feel A) that I'm stupid and B) that you are superior and almighty. Don't go here, its just a sad Naperville stereotype of rude and inconvenient. read more

Will give 0 stars if I could. I called to book appointments for my kids for the first time two weeks back. A reception/front desk person called me back and asked me to text her the Covid vaccinations card and insurance cards. My kids are up to date on all vaccinations and I was actually looking for this place to be their primary care. Previously we were with Dreyer Med Aurora and kids were on something called Bob's schedule. That was 10 years ago though. The front desk person was fine when I gave the info the fist day, but she texted me next day to say they cannot accept my kids due to them being on Bob's schedule when they were babies and that this pediatrics office "strongly stand with American board of pediatrics" (as if I said I wouldn't) . Repeatedly she said that the doctors cannot take on my kids as new patients . Never heard of this before. Several years ago if they were on Bob's schedule who cares now. I was a new parent then and followed whatever Pediatrics at Dreyer Med suggested. SHAME ON YOU, Milestone Pediatrics! Looks like front desk person has a deciding authority and she probably never ever told the doctors. SUCH SHAME! No medical facility has the right to turn away any patient, let alone kids. My kids didn't even need any treatment right away I was only looking for a new primary doctor for them since their old doctor retired. There was no need for such drama. Why punish the kids or parents for this? Infact Dr. Lorene Eckberg was my kids' doctor until she retired. She was the BEST. These doctors have no clue. read more

Dr. Reicherts and the team at Milestone are fantastic. They are great doctors/staff, take their time to address any issues, have quick response times, and it's easy to make appointments. Most recently while on vacation I needed a doctor's opinion (after hours on a holiday) - Dr. Reichert took my call and fully addressed my concerns. Highly recommend Milestone. read more

If I could give this less I would. The doctors are friendly however, show no real concern for helping other than medicating your child. They were referred to me by a friend and we stuck w/ them b/c they were okay for just well checks. After driving 30 minutes to get here every time we came, the final nail in the coffin was arriving approximately at 9:15 and walking in the door at 9:16 and them telling us they cannot see us b/c we're 1 minute past the grace period and it's policy. Our son is autistic so preparing to leave takes a little bit more time but they did not care. We've been coming to them since our son was 4, he's 9 now. So when it comes to customer service and loyalty, they follow "policy." read more

Dr.Reicherts is absolutely the best! My husband and I first met Dr. Reicherts at the hospital the day my baby was born. We instantly knew we wanted him as our daughter's primary pediatrician after spending just minutes with him. He is so down to earth and real. He tells it exactly like it is while being so reassuring and supportive. His overall demeanor is so welcoming. Fast forward to now, we have had 3 office visits with him and we truly look forward to the appointments! He is so knowledgeable and really listens to all of our questions and concerns. Love Milestone! Our family has been visiting them for 10 years, and we always have a positive experience. The staff really make a point of ensuring their office stands out among others. The office is extremely clean--which is a huge plus and very important to me. Dr. Reicherts is by far the most personable and friendly doctor I have ever met! He always makes a point of answering your questions the best he can and consistently uses familiar terminology (as opposed to fancy medical terminology that most wouldn't understand). I really like this practice and all the Drs' and RNs who provide the care. The most important thing to me is that they are always able to fit us in even if I call at 2 pm requesting a walk-in because the daycare called and said my little one is sick! I was a little concerned when we joined that they dont have "walk-in" hours but so far we have never been turned down for an appointment. Also like the fact that they are open till late in the evening and Saturdays too for sick visits :) Thank you Dr Pera, you rock! read more

My family has been clients of this amazing pediatric practice for well over 15 years. I can honestly say I trust each and everyone of my 6 childrens lives with Dr. Reicherts care. Those are not words a parent uses lightly when referring to their children. From the day we walked in I knew I made the best decision in choosing Milestone Pediatrics for my family. The staff is like family and knows each of my children on a personal level. Having children ranging in ages 12-28, and all of them still not wanting to leave their beloved Dr Reicherts solidifies how amazing this facility is. I have never once felt rushed or felt that my concerns were ever disregarded as silly or unfounded. Having teens and young adult children means lots of very personal and new questions from when they were babies and toddlers. Each of my kids feel so comfortable discussing ANYTHING with Dr. Reicherts and the other doctors and nurse practitioners. What more could a parent ask for? The office is run very efficiently and kept extrmely clean. Each exam room is thoughfully decorated and welcoming. I assure you that these professionals truly love what they are doing and care for not just your child but your whole family. Every doctor, nurse and staff member at Milestone go above & beyond. The staff care deeply about each child. We have never had a problem getting our kids in when they are sick or for school physicals. When we do visit the office, we are welcomed with open arms, jokes, lollipops and prizes. The front desk staff always greets you with a kind smile and do their best to understand what is going on so they can make me an appointment or direct me to the nurses line so she can answer my question, give me medical advice on what to do for my son or let me know if it is better to just come in, which is very helpful! The office manager goes above and beyond expectations she's awesome! Every Dr and nurse practitioner take their time to make sure that when I finished with my appointment all my questions are answered! The nurses are also awesome they always have great attitudes! The billing/referral department is in their office which is great it makes it easier to communicate with them to understand my balance/pay a bill or get an update on my referral status! Twice I was called by her about upcoming appointments and grilled in a very rude way about my children's previous vaccinations and treated extremely punitively for rescheduling appointments due to not wanting to bring in a sick toddler. Lori needs some sensitivity training, she's awful! Love the dr's and practioner's but will be going somewhere else to avoid the nastiness from support staff. Only giving one star because the rudeness it just that bad! Lori is a terrible representative for the practice. read more

First appointment - a nurse who spent just 5 minutes with baby. Second appointment- We had to wait for 30 min before nurse came to us and another 20 minutes before doctor visited us. Horrible experience. Third appointment- Due to traffic in route 59 we were late for our appointment by 25 minutes and receptionist asked us to leave saying that we missed our appointment and doctor is completely booked. As bad as it gets :(.... Not going to them again. read more

I love the people the work here. Drs Pera and Reicherts are the best. But we've been coming her for 7 years, and their scheduling has gotten out of hand. We used to be called no more than 10 minutes later for our appointments. Our last several appts were running over 40 minutes late. No apologies, nothing. Just their standard practice. For a busy family, this is inexcusable. Especially when you hear the nurses having parties/lunch in a room, laughing and having fun in a room right off the waiting room. That is very inconsiderate when you're waiting forever with a sick child. read more

Wow! I am blown away with how amazing this practice is. Today we had our first visit with Milestones Pediatrics. Everyone was so friendly and nice which is very important! Front desk greets you with smile! We saw Janel Hoffman CPNP and she definitely has a gift working with children. It's hard to connect with my son and he almost never smiles at people he barely knows but she got him to laugh on many different occasions. Janel used many kid friendly words which goes a LONG way working with kids. He needed some ear waxed removed and the instrument she used could have been a scary tool but her kid friendly words by calling it a lightsaber and let them touch and hold it my son didn't hesitate to let her remove his ear wax (sorry for those who have a sensitive stomach). He's even talking about it now and our appointment was 4 hours ago telling his brother how great his experience was. I wish I could give them more than five stars! Thanks Milestone it's obvious everyone here loves their job! We're looking forward to many more visits! I'll be sure to recommend to our friends! read more

Used to recommend this practice, unfortunately not any more. Doctors are fine but just had a rotten experience with the staff at my last visit and even worse experience with their office manager. The office lost my child's appointment which was made 2 months in advance. What should have been 1 hour spent at the doc office for 2 kids well check visits planned 2 months in advance ended up being two and a half hours spent at the doc office! And to top off a bad visit, the office manager called not to apologize but to tell me her staff felt I was not being accommodating. Sorry, I didn't care to spend my evening at her office and had to miss my sons's martial arts graduation ceremony because of their scheduling error! read more

I have never written a doctor review, but I needed to get this off my guilty shoulders. I'd give Milestone a 1-star if I were a first timer seeing Dr Pera. My son has ADHD and other comorbid disorders, we have talked to Dr Pera in the past and he was ok. However, on our last appt both my son and I left feeling downright degraded, both in tears by the time we got to the car. Dr. Pera spent a significant amount of time with us, but it felt more like a lecture with him giving me contradicting advice on how to deal with my son. He didn't take anything I said into account and made comments which felt more like judgements. He wouldn't let my son leave the room when it was clear to me the conversation was upsetting him. I regret that I subjected my son to this and should have protected him better. To this day I have a lot of guilt. I am very angry at how Dr Pera treated us and my son will never go to him again. In all fairness to Milestone and their service, I would give the rest a 5-star. Dr Reicherts and the front staff have been great to us. read more
