TEN STARS if I could…read more I am a new patient to Dr. Beatty and my appointment has not taken place but the SUPERIOR customer service and EXEMPLARY support for military service Dr. Beatty and his staff (Lisa, the best) provided just over the telephone is how a provider/patient relationship should be. I can already see that I am blessed with a care, compassionate, empathetic professional who treats the needs of his patients with utmost respect. Oftentimes in the medical business it is BUSINESS first and patient SECOND. Dr. Beatty immediately thanked me for my military service as well as provided a generous military discount and he took a few minutes during our pre-appointment call to express his gratitude. That in my opinion is something that is lost in the bigger picture. When you have a provider that takes to time to know each patient as I am sure Dr. Beatty does the same for each of his patients. I have been on medical appointments where the provider barely looked at me or typed the entire time. She helped both me and my family through my recovery journey. Management was great. They walked around and actually talked with you and were always available if you had a comment or concerns. The kitchen staff knew your name and remembered what you liked and didn't like. Nursing was great. Doctors are from Cooper so they were unbelievable. I'm writing this because it's been 6 months and I just received my coin. I'm sober, happy and healthy and owe a lot of it to this place!

I was also told that I should have a breast exam and annual skin tests to "keep cancer at bay." The recommendations felt unusual and left me questioning whether the guidance was appropriate for my age and situation. Another frustration came when I decided to switch primary care providers. I was told that obtaining my medical charts would cost $50, which felt unreasonable just to access my own records. Finally, the front desk experience was not great. The receptionists seemed to have very limited knowledge and often struggled to answer basic questions about policies or procedures, as well as spelling certain months and having a vocabulary consisting of "good" and "jawn"? Overall, while some patients may appreciate the clinic's assertive stance on screening and prevention, my experience left me feeling uneasy and frustrated with both the medical guidance and the administrative side of the practice.
