I would give 10 stars if i could! I am casting my vote for Milestone as THE BEST VET CLINIC because the people here are wonderful. I had never been to them for regular visits because I recently moved to the area and my Sammy was 14 and doing pretty good for her age. Until the day came that she wasn't doing good and I called them on a Friday morning in a panic. They had me come right up and leave her with them for evaluation, and within the hour had called me back with a diagnosis. Not the one ANY pet owner wants to hear, ever, but their empathy and kindness was truly genuine. They were quick to tend to my sweet girl, and didn't drag out the painful process. They also offered a cremation service that I am so glad I accepted because it was beautifully done and now my memory of my Samantha will be with me FUREVER! read more

Terrible experience. We were looking for a vet closer to our house. We called and had an appointment setup for our new puppy. We got there and were moved into a room. Over 40 minutes later, not one person had come into our room to get the rundown, ask questions, meet us, etc. We are talking a three room establishment..... nothing crazy or that can make me understand why at the very least a vet tech wouldn't have made their way in. My husband went out to see how much longer it would be and was told another appointment before us was 30 mins late, and it would be another half an hour plus a half an hour after meeting with the vet tech. What in the????? Communication was great on phone calls, but this was a miss. We left and will not be going back. It's one thing to be told that at the beginning of the appointment to set expectations, but wasting people's time in the middle of a work day. No thanks. That still does not take away from no one coming into our room. That is not professional in my opinion. read more

Upon entering the establishment I was greeted with smiles. I had an appointment from an earlier phone call and they were able to add me quickly to their system as a new customer. The exam room was comfortable and clean. All of the employees that interacted with my dog did so extremely well. I have a pitbull mix and not everyone is as friendly to them as this establishment was. Some people have preconceive notions that they are mean dogs. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and provide a solution for that problem. I would highly recommend visiting Milestone. read more

There is no other veterinary office I would use. Dr. Gallucci and Dr. Roberts are the best. They were Shiloh's vets for over 10 years. They along with all the vet tech are wonderful. Travis was Shiloh's favorite. The office is always clean and never smells like most vet offices. They are cleaned between each patient. The front desk is welcoming and very kind. After many years of allergies and with Shiloh being diagnosed with DM, the day came when it was time for Shiloh to cross the rainbow bridge. Dr. Gallucci & Travis made us and Shiloh as comfortable as possible. For this I will be eternally grateful. Their kindness and concern are unmatched. I thank them so much. I have now adopted a new one year old German Shepherd Dog who is wide open. She will get to meet the Milestone team this week. There is no other place I would take my dog read more

My best experience with any vets office! My dog-son has 3 legs, and refuses to walk on certain hard surfaces: wood, tile, etc. They brought out a carpet for him so he would feel comfortable while we waited I spoke with multiple staff members and all conducted business with a cheery disposition and were so helpful! We have used Milestone Veterinary Associates for 1.5 years and have been pleased. We have a dog and two cats. Recently we were wondering if our dog had an ear infection and called for an appointment. They asked us to call at 7:30 the on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 as two appointments would open up then. I called at exactly 7:30 and nobody answered so I left a message. I called several times and left a message each time. A week later they still have not returned my call. I was very fortunate to find Blue Ridge Veterinary who saw as and will continue to do so. They have extended hours and were so very nice. Cannot imagine why they did not get back with me. read more

Dr. Yancey and the entire team at Milestone are caring and compassionate professionals. Recently I had to have my 15 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel euthanized after he suffered total kidney failure. Could not recommend this place more!!! We absolutely LOVE them! The staff is friendly, welcoming and kind. Dr. Gallucci is amazing and so gentle and actually takes the time to get to know your pet. She loves on them and talks to them- Recently our sweet pup was attacked by another dog, and got a bite on his leg. I used to think veterinary offices were supposed to be places where pets would immediately tense up from the sensing the panic in the air, and where pet owners' nostrils would be filled with the scent of uncleanliness. Who could blame me for thinking that... considering that describes perfectly the clinics I visited with my pets in both PA and VA. And who could blame my cats for trying to grab the door-frame on our way out of the house? I wouldn't want to go to the vet, either. It turns out, there's more to the world of veterinary care than clearly-rushed doctors and seldomly-cleaned exam rooms. Enter Milestone Veterinary Associates. Upon walking in, it's clear that (a) the place is clean; (b) pets and pet owners alike will be warmly greeted; (c) your pet's care matters. This service continues during exams and treatment, as both the vets and the technicians bring a gentle touch and a commendable 'bedside manner' to the exam room. We've had opportunity to interact with several of the vets at Milestone in the past few years (What can I say... one of our cats either loves to go to the vet, or loves to cause us stress by getting sick. Either way.) During one all-day scan, Dr. Galluci and her assistants called several times with informative, compassionate updates about our cat's care. During exams, Dr. Roberts is almost like a cat-whisperer. I'm consistently impressed with how she and Travis, the vet tech, are able to make my skittish, angry, stubborn cat feel at home (the cat wouldn't want me to share this widely, but sometimes... he even purrs while on the exam table!). An added bonus: expect a phone call from the office staff the day after any procedure - even something as small as an annual rabies shot - to make sure your pets are doing well and not experiencing any negative reactions. Milestone vet is one of the the best vet facilities I have ever attended. I have been meaning to do this review for a while now but have been very busy w our move new job and new baby on the way. I used to live in sc and my husband is in the army. Our first duty station was to hawaii. Getting our cat to come w us was such an overwhelming task and milestone vet was so gracious through the entire ordeal. They made all the steps very clear and did not mind dealing w my constant questioning about things that I was uncertain about. If I remember correctly Maggie Roberts was our doctor for my cat . She was awesome and the staff was as well. I am so grateful to have worked w them and will always appreciate their service. Brought my Pomeranian into the vet clinic 30 minutes before they closed for the day because she had bloody stool. We are a new client, so I know they (like most vet clinics I've encountered) probably don't typically take new animals that close to closing time without an appointment. The lady at the front desk got permission from the office manager to let us be seen by the vet. Dr. Pate was excellent with Layla. He was not out to rack up a high vet bill for us, and gave us lots of great information and recommendations. He went out of his way for us, and spent a good bit of time with Layla, my husband and I - making sure we got all the best take-home information. Milestone veterinary associates are consistently excellent! This weekend I called even though I didn't have an appointment to let them know thatI thought my dog had a recurrent bladder infection. They analyzed her urine even though they were dealing with two emergencies that day. Dr. Gallucci met me at the door after hours on a Saturday to hand me the prescription and told me I could take care of payment on Monday when they were open! Anyone I know or meet with a dog I talk about Milestone Veterinary Associates. I have had many health issues with my dogs and cats and some of them would have gone unnoticed by other vets. My Papillon has severe allergies as well as other health issues. I see Milestone, the specialists they have recommended and myself working as partners to give her the best quality of life she could possibly have.
