The incompetence and inaccurate billing is insane. I tried to give my updated insurance card to the front desk, and they told me I had to email it to someone else in the office, really?! And then, of course 4 months later, I get these ridiculous bills. BTW, I paid $40 every time I was there, even with insurance. Anyway, we got the insurance stuff worked out when I called the office. But then, the lady accused me of unpaid bills from mid 2025. That was the time when the chiropractor was giving me ultrasound treatments that I paid about $800 for to relieve back pain. He said he would include an adjustment with those procedures. The office people couldn't get this through their heads even though I witnessed the doctor tell them in front of me not to charge me for the adjustments. And this definitely never made it back to the billing people. I stopped going to Fulk Chiropractic in April because of the huge headaches they were causing me. These office ladies would not listen at all to reason. Now, I am getting bills for 3 appointments that I already paid for in 2026. It is beyond frustrating. I went about 8 years with no issues.
