The pain wasnt worth it since they never came to do their job. Now my 2 year old and my spouse and I dont have rooms, and our living room is stacked full of furniture. They blocked my Facebook after tagging them in the aftermath of their incompetence, probably hoping to hide it. Imagine blocking someone who gave your company a bad review because you refused to come the day you WERE SUPPOSED TO COME to do your job. NEVER COME HERE theyll probably just not even show up. Now us and our toddler have to sleep together in a cramped living room stacked with furniture from 4 different rooms. This place is pathetic and cant even own up to something they called "a mistake". That wasnt a mistake. Thats was NEGLIGENCE.

When I finally get around to re-doing the rest of the house, they will be my first choice.

I went outside and when I came back in, there was silica dust all over everything on the first floor of the house. I asked if they put drop cloths on anything or sealed vents and they said no. They tracked the dust throughout the house as they were walking back and forth. I expected them to put plastic down so the dust wasn't tracked throughout. After I called he company office, they agreed to have the workers clean up the mess. They halfway wiped off the counters with a damp cloth and left the floor tore up as they were to return the next day to finish. I had to buy and lay plastic down so we could walk through the kitchen. Despite all of this, the kicker was that they just let themselves into my house! If they knocked, my dog and I didn't hear them and I came around the corner to a strange man standing in my hallway. They only reason I knew who it was, was because I looked out the window and saw their truck. Very disappointed!!! Ok since James really wants me to take down this review, let me say that I absolutely have reviewed the correct company. I moved from Youngstown to Oakland Blvd in good, old Cambridge OH. But I will add that it's a great company if you're a landlord and want a half assed, cheap floor job done... which is probably why they let themselves in, because they frequently do work for my landlord.

All these roofs needed re-tiling plus branches needed cutting that were on the roof uplifting the tiles. Lee and his men did all these roofs in 5 days including taking away all the debris and the tree branches. Great company and we've asked him to come back to cut down one of our trees that's dead.
