This place is awful. The person who is the manager her is names Michelle. She cannot keep any…read moreemployees. I live close to this location and decided to go through counseling with spectrum. With in four years I had three counselors . All deciding to quit/leave on their own. Some confided in me and answered questions I had as to why but I won't out them on what was said for their own privacy. At first I just excepted it as it was, since it was convenient to not change offices. Then I received my first ever phone call from Michelle. Letting me know that she was the one "in charge" and since they left me a VM on Tuesday of this week (two days ago) that I had my second warning. Second warning of what? I don't have a councilor and I see the doctor there that works at multiple spectrum offices and places. I have let the office know and left multiple VM on the fact that when I'm on video call no one will pick up (they told me over and over that I was not the only one with this issue and that they have had nothing but problems with their video calls) I Offering for me to email or come in to show them the last two times of how I sat there for 12-18 min waiting for someone to answer. Also offered to show my call log through email or to come in of how many times I have reached out and left VM about this issue (that they told me they were aware of) I then called and spoke with my provider who then told me "I'm not sure and idk if the voicemail or calls we tried to leave actually went through as the call did not complete" what? That is the complete opposite of what the manager just told me. I guess the fact I did not agree to missing the phone call/video appointment that the manager is saying I missed she got upset. Seemed like she was really upset and mad when she first answered and just wanted to verbally be aggressive to someone. The fact that I was not admitting to receiving a call or a Voicemail made the manager so upset I got told "ok that's fine you're no longer a patient of mine!!" Wait what?! Patient of yours? This person was never once my doctor nor my counselor. I don't even believe she has a doctor certificate so I'm like wait you think you can make the doctor there drop me as a patient just because you are upset? Seems like something is very very wrong then. She kept the call going with being aggressive so I just decided to hang up because I was not going to entertain it or be talked to or treated so poorly. That being said in all the years of choosing spectrum as my place to receive mental health help and choosing to go back to college for mental health, all my actual staff that worked with me were great. I have no complaints and they always treated me with respect. However when my counselor left no one reached out or returned any of my phone calls to replace my last one. I got told by the secretary that I would have to talk Michelle about that. I just find it ironic that my calls and voicemails are never returned, my appointments can be missed upon error but then blamed on me. Honestly if you are into feeling degraded and like your mental health can just be "cut off" due to some ones bad attitude and complex then this is the place. They barely have any staff and I won't be surprised if they are shut down. Doctor was great and said that he was not removing me from being a patient, however; I decided I've come so far in my journey that if this was how people got treated and spoken to then I would move on. I finally have a pcp who is much closer and I should've just switched everything a while ago. I agreed to pay but they had me miss appointments while they figured it out. In the end I had to wait too long and went to the VA. Luckily there was a strong paper trail to provide the courts proving their inability to provide basic treatment

Just a warning to anyone who may have a local psychiatrist or lives in milford looking for one…read morethere- PLEASE HEED my warning anyone struggling with mental health stay as far away as possible from Copley health on 105 E Main st. Specifically the nurse/psychiatrist BETTY YU. This isn't just a rant or hate post or anything revegeful etc. I need to bring awareness of what they do to people so that no one has to go through what I did, and am still currently. Last year, when I met her and thought she was so sweet and caring and I was relieved to find a doctor to help me. So relieved that I referred 4 close people in my life. After doing this, she broke confidentiality (HIPPA) and hit on my boyfriend, told him and every other friend that I was "a mess and probably never going to get better". She told my boyfriend word for word- "you seem like a hard worker, Rachel has a lot to gain from you but it looks to me you have absolutely nothing you could benefit from being with her ". I was infuriated, but terrified to be pulled off my FIVE medications I was prescribed, and due to my fear she labeled me as "crazy and unstable". Imagine a doctor, someone who signs up specifically to work in mental health, saying and treating anyone this way. Fast forward to present time, about 10 months later, because of my complaints and concerns to the offices MANAGER/OWNER, KATIA- her solution to this issue was to just get rid of me, and gave me a termination letter stating as of "(insert date) we will no longer see you prescribe you OR TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY OR LIABILITY, and you will need to seek services elsewhere" Now, you do not put someone on several medications (I won't list them but they are the types you can have serious complications from if you don't safely taper off) and then say you're going to just pretend it basically never happened, put the blame and the solution on me instead of themselves. I won't keep making the post longer and longer, but I'll end it with this- I've since had 3 other appointments with other doctors, and all they'll tell me is "they cannot continue my medications, including any tapering off of, due to reading my recent medical file". Aka whatever this evil person (cannot even call her a doctor) wrote, is preventing me from even finding new care. I'm being forced to seek legal help and am working with an attorney because that is how horrific of a situation she has put me through, along with the entire company as a whole. Anyone who took the time to read this, PLEASE spread the word and please don't call or go to that terrifying excuse of a medical office.
