The taste and texture were great and I appreciate that they serve it wrapped in paper - it might stay warmer but it also stays together better. On the negative side, it's a little pricey and service was kind of slow. I saw sample menus before going to the event but there were no prices. Before I went, I actually thought I might get a side but the sides were expensive and made me believe they might not be "sides" but more like standalone entrees or perhaps a shareable side. Truth be known, I hit another truck for some $5 fries after I finished the sandwich. Most of the other trucks were swamped but this truck was not. Even still, it took about 20 minutes for me to get my food.
