Called for Geico road side assitance and I was told there is no towing truck available on Sunday, Let me find it my self. I have to say, at the Rest Area I-90 WB Blue Earth, it was very hot and there were a lot of mosquitoes. My wife and I, a 2-year-old son, and a 3-month-old daughter. Finally, after waiting for two hours, I called the 911. Thank you very much to the 911 operator who helped me find a towing service. We looked online and found Richard's and called ahead of him as it was close to their closing time. Not only did they hold a lift open for him, they stayed late, diagnosed the issue and got the part for him. It was too late to do the repair that day, so they called us to let us know what was wrong with the truck, drove him to a safe hotel and promised they'd get him back on the road safely first thing in the morning. And they delivered! Our son was back on the road no more than an hour after they opened for the day. And the price was more than fair. Thank you Richard's Auto for repairing the truck but most importantly taking care of our son! Above and beyond!
