We contracted Brandi Jordan as a sleep consultant in June 2025 when we were in a truly desperate situation; I was hallucinating from sleep deprivation and suffering terrible postpartum depression. In hindsight, I figure that's how we fell for this. We paid over $1500 and here's what we got: a single one hour Zoom, a single 30 minute phone call about a week later (for which she was 20 minutes late), and 30-40 days of "text support," though there were several instances where she did not respond for three days despite our texts. I felt "left on read." To be fair to her, it was in our contract that this is what we could get: a one hour zoom, up to 3 follow-up calls and 30 days of text support. When I signed the contract, I did think this was sort of minimal, but I was desperate and figured "hey, maybe she can work magic." At our initial Zoom call, she said she had "never met a baby that couldn't sleep through the night after 2-3 weeks, max," so we were thrilled and hopeful! Now I know why this is true; she doesn't actually *meet* the babies- It's all virtual! She absolutely cannot work magic; please don't fall for this marketing that preys on desperate parents like we did. I feel stupid for having believed her. As other reviews have said, there is no individual tailoring, and the method she uses is essentially soft Ferberizing: letting the baby cry and cry with intermittent check-ins that get progressively longer. This was torture for all of us. Our baby was born extremely prematurely at 26 weeks and spent nearly 3 months in the NICU before coming home on oxygen. We did this contract when she was about 9 months old (6 months adjusted). We were obviously all still traumatized, and she had a lot of difficulty self-soothing at all. There was no troubleshooting about what how her and our individual situation might be contributing to sleep issues. Listening to her cry for 90 minutes in the middle of the night resulted in my self-harming several times (again, I had bad PPD). We did it though, because Brandi told us to. How it would work is that every morning we would text Brandi how the night went, and she would maybe respond that day saying something like "okay let's do that again" or "let's push this feed back 15 minutes" or something. A lot of the time she just wouldn't respond. I gave two stars because after the 30-40 days, our baby was sleeping a bit better than at the beginning (only 2-4 wakeups a night instead of 10). Additionally, this is way too expensive for such minimal support. You can find all this information online (Ferber with intermittent check-ins and dream feeds). Maybe if you have a normal or semi-easy baby this would work, but otherwise only time will help. Our baby is now 1 and wakes up about once a night every other night; only time got us here.

She helped me in the early days, but she also helped me when my son was older. She helped me teach him how to drink from a straw! She also helped me diagnose my son's egg and dairy sensitivity. My son had projectile vomit, body tension, and would go up to 2 weeks without pooping. Other providers, including my pediatrician, either told me there was nothing wrong or told me he wasn't eating enough even though he seemed perfectly satisfied. Under Dr Kans guidance we did an elimination diet and figured out it was eggs and dairy causing his issues. When I cut them out from my diet, his bowel movement she came much more regular. Since this was my first pregnancy--uncharted territory for my husband and myself--we wanted a doula to provide education, support, and advocacy. We needed more info than what was provided in the routine OB/GYN appointments. My husband and I were blown away by our initial interview with Tracy and asked her to be our doula on the spot. With each visit, we each felt more empowered and informed about how our delivery could go. We got handouts, watched videos, learned about the equipment used during the birth, and heard the wisdom of someone that had been present at 600+ births! She brought up procedures and "what ifs" for all types of deliveries from at-home vaginal, to inducement, to emergency C-section. Unfortunately, I was forced to completely change my birth plan 8 weeks before my due date. Early on, I was dead set against a C-section and had been all-in on a vaginal birth. But, due to my baby's size, I was put on rest and a surgical birth was strongly recommended. I was devastated. Even though the majority of our work with Tracy was to plan for a vaginal birth, this 180 turn didn't phase Tracy in the least. She was so wonderful, supportive, and flexible; it was exactly what I needed when I felt the rug had been pulled out from under me. Tracy put me at ease by sharing her experience with other clients that had vaginal deliveries where it ended up being a more difficult birth and a longer recovery than if they had surgery. She reinforced that every birth really is unique and there is no "wrong way" to deliver. These were things I needed to hear to manage my anxiety. The day of my surgery I was an anxious mess. It got worse when I got to the hospital--the nurses started running through their checklists at breakneck speed, poking and prodding me without explaining much. Tracy arrived shortly after they started and I felt such relief when she arrived--I immediately started ugly crying. She was my advocate and a go-between with the nurses, giving me a minute to catch my breath and process what was going on. That alone was a huge help, but Tracy stayed throughout the birth and after, calmly walking me and my husband through everything. And, even though I didn't think I'd want pictures--I was a hot mess--Tracy tastefully captured moments I will cherish forever! I thought having a doula for a surgical birth wouldn't be necessary, but having Tracy's support months before, during pre-op, surgery, and after, made a huge difference in decreasing my anxiety and increasing my confidence.
