Very enjoyable lunch. I and my sister had the chicken sandwich and a latte. Both tasted good and reasonable priced. Husband had the club Sandwich which he also said was good. They also have few things from local artists and local honey. I would definitely go again. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Clean and Christian base atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I just recently moved here and asked my bestie for some recommendations on coffee places and she suggested Milk and Honey. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside is so cozy and cutie and everyone was so nice![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The employee told me she enjoyed the coconut and caramel coffee so that's what I ordered and I do noot regret that choice! It was delicious.

Milk & honey scone and a drip coffee. Simple, but so tasty!

Nutshell: Absolute gem of a coffee shop! Smooth as silk drip coffee and scones to definitely write home about. What a find! I was rounding out my road trip and I needed sustenance for my last day. The interior is so quaint and inviting and the staff were very nice. I went with the Milk and Honey scone and a large drip coffee. Their coffee was mild and smooth with a really great flavor. I was a little suspect of the scone because it was so flat, but it's quite large and very filling. The simplicity of good ingredients made it a standout for me...and I consider myself a bit of a scone connoisseur. It melts in your mouth and it as close to nirvana as I have ever been. I decided to grab some beans as a gift and they even ground it for me. The gift went over very well! My total for breakfast was about $5-6. The bag of beans ranged from $18-19. Very fair prices. I will definitely come back, if visiting Topeka.

Wow~! The prices are amazing! Such a wonderful, great deal for such stellar service, friendly staff and cute little place! They even have outdoor seating in the form of a single picnic table under the tree in their semi parking lot? We went back again the following day, as we couldn't believe what a great deal we were receiving from such a wonderful cafe! I cannot recommend it highly enough!!!

I love the 3:16 refresher. It taste natural, not overly sweet at all!! Hot chocolate is very good too. You can get it with marshmallows and whipped cream!! The employees are all super friendly! And you can support local artists. They had clay jewelry, crochet plushies, and more!! The breakfast sandwiches are good too. You get way more for your dollar than you would at Starbucks or Dunkin. I'll definitely be back!!

I'm not sure what was going on the day I tried to make an order, but based on Yelp and Google's information, the restaurant was supposed to be open on the Saturday. I called their number, someone answered without indicating their business name and then didn't acknowledge me at all so I ended up hanging up. I tried another number which was disconnected, so possibly an old number. I tried calling again after 5 and 10 minutes and each time it would ring and ring and then go to a "you have reached a text mobile number" message. Okay, so maybe they were just busy and couldn't answer their phone? So I asked a friend of mine who was on her way to see me if she would mind doing by to place an order for me. And I gave her the address, from Google maps. She called me when she was at the address and told me there was nothing there. I even tried texting, since the message said it was a text number. I said I was wanting to place an order for pickup and there was no reply, not even to tell me any information like "wrong number", "were actually closed". Is the business closed? Are the hours, phone number, and/or address inaccurate? Is this a food truck? If so, there is nothing on Google or Yelp or their website indicating any of this information, at least not as of Saturday the 29th. I was really bummed out as I was looking forward to trying the food here. It seems to be a cool and delicious restaurant and I think it's important to support small local restaurants, so I try to whenever I can. I was here visiting family for the weekend and I hope whatever is going on is clarified online so this doesn't happen to other willing customers. I am going I can try again when I'm back in town in a couple months.

There are places you plan to visit, and then there are places you stumble into--the kind that feel…read morelike they've been sitting there for years, quietly daring you to notice them. Little Russia Chili Parlor is the latter. A small, out-of-the-way joint in Topeka that doesn't scream for attention--but once you walk in, it doesn't need to. The air alone tells you you're in the right place. This is Daniela's house. Not in the literal sense, but in the way that matters. She runs the place with the kind of confidence you don't fake--part host, part artist, part benevolent dictator of flavor. You don't get the sense that anything leaves that kitchen unless it meets her standard, and that standard is unapologetically high. Start with the pickles. Yeah, pickles. The kind that makes you pause mid-bite and reconsider every sad, limp grocery store version you've ever tolerated. These are spiced, alive, sharp in all the right ways--like they've got a story to tell and no patience for small talk. Then there's the baked goods coming in from Oakland's Bakery--local, honest, the kind of bread that actually tastes like grain and effort instead of air and preservatives. And then you hit the sides. The spiced pimento cheese spread isn't some afterthought--it's a statement. Smoky, a little dangerous, layered in a way that suggests someone in that kitchen understands restraint just as well as indulgence. It's the kind of thing you keep eating long after you've told yourself you're done. But let's not kid ourselves. You came here for the chili. And the chili... the chili doesn't just deliver--it recalibrates. Deep, complex, unapologetically bold. It's not trying to be trendy or Instagram-friendly. It's trying to be right. The kind of bowl that makes you slow down, lean in, and pay attention. Every spoonful feels deliberate, like it's been simmering not just for hours, but for years of trial, error, and quiet perfection. The sandwiches? Stacked, messy in the best way, built on that Oakland's Bakery foundation like someone actually cares about what bread is supposed to do--hold everything together without getting in the way. This place doesn't need hype. It doesn't need a rebrand or a marketing push. It exists in that rare space where authenticity isn't a strategy--it's just how things are done. You don't come to Little Russia Chili Parlor to be seen. You come because someone told you, quietly, "Trust me." And if you're smart, you listen.

We started with chili this time but next time we will try the sandwiches. Any place with homemade pickles wins my heart - they had three kinds. And a cracker trough made from a garden planter. And pimento cheese. Basically, it was amazing. And the chili was super tasty too.
