I contacted Milk Money after reading a post on Nextdoor. It was very easy to setup the service and the appointment times did not have to be scheduled months in advance. They came very quickly and did a wonderful job. The prices are reasonable and definitely worth the work. The technician was very helpful and accommodating. A bit of advice, if you pay the invoice before the service you do not have to be home for the service. They will take pictures of before and after and send them to you. If not, you do need to be home worn the technician arrives. read more

Excellent company! We have used milk money for quarterly gutter cleaning for 2 years now. They are always professional, punctual, and personable. The service is second to none. They provide before and after photos of the gutters, which always amazes us. The amount of debris that collects so quickly is astounding. Well, they get it all. They are fairly priced and honest! We will also be commissioning the company for power washing of our drive a walkways after the big Atlanta "pollen season". What a mess. Lol. Anywho. We really value this company and will be working with them for years to come. Not to sound corny or fluffy but... we are considered among the fortunate to work with them. read more

We have used Milk Money Services for a few years for our gutter cleaning and small roof repairs. He does a great job, arrives on time and cleans everything up. We have 6 roof skylights and they clean those also for a fair price. Cannot say enough good things. read more

Found them via Groupon site. Efficient scheduling and good follow up communication for arrival time. Satisfied with work. Price agreed to on phone was different when tech/owner performed the service. Was told customer service person was new and may have mixed up pricing. Final cost for gutter cleaning was 50% more than price given on the phone. I paid the higher price but will not use their service again as a matter of principle though the work performed was good. read more

Found this company on Groupon. I was looking for a good reliable, and mostly affordable company to come and clean off my roof. Before I had a company that charged me $160! Way too much. I should have shopped around. These guys ended up costing $50 and did the same job, if not better. They cleaned the roof and also the porch, walkway and driveway. Very pleased with this service and would highly recommend. Call in advance because they are booked about a week out. read more

Ordered the Groupon, and was told pictures would be sent to me along with report showing the results of the gutter cleaning I had done. This never happened. Instead because my Girlfriend was home, they only provided her a written report of the findings after the cleaning. No pictures were taken. When I contacted the company they were wordy, but said because someone was home and they provided the report directly to them there was no need for pictures. Extremely frustrating as this was not what was initially told to me when I first bought the Groupon and called to make the appointment, where I asked that very question. Most companies as a standard do before and after pictures and provide them to customers, not this place. As a renter these things are needed to provide to landlords and rental companies. read more
