Great local business! A month or so ago, our gutters were overflowing causing puddles to form up against the foundation of our home. Randall came in a did a great job cleaning out the gutters and going the extra mile to make sure they were clean and working properly. Today Randall came back to install gutter guards and also went above and beyond with the installation of these as well including cleaning out mine and my neighbors gutters (townhouse) to make sure their gutters weren't going to cause any issues for us. We received multiple pictures from the cleaning and from the guards being installed to show what work had been done. The best part is the pricing was very competitive and beat the other pricing I received. He made sure each gutter and downspout was flowing and even dug up one of the drains that had been blocked to allow more water to flow away from our home. Randy showed up on time, cleared the gutters and trimmed back a couple bushes overhanging the roof, and even sprayed some ants he found up there. I received several pics showing the completed job at the house. I've had the gutters cleaned at my own property (outside his service area) and the price was comparable to what I was quoted for this. Awesome company! Great customer service, quick response time, great communication with me about arrival time, and awesome job! Randall had our house looking 100x better in about 40 minutes. He worked quick, but did so many little extra things (remove an old wire that we couldn't reach on the roof) He also took it upon himself to repair our gutters and tell us we won't need to replace them bc they are aluminum and not to trust anyone who says otherwise. When you meet someone that runs their business with honesty & integrity, you want to shout it from the rooftops of your freshly cleaned gutters. This is Randall Coleman. He was scheduled to come to my home yesterday to clean the back gutters, which were horribly clogged and was struck from behind by a driver that was texting. He immediately let me know what happened and even said he would be there as soon as possible. I totally understood and figured it would be another day, because when is it ever easy to climb up on a 40 foot ladder after being in a car accident? Randall contacted me that same afternoon saying he could come back out! I unfortunately wasn't available, so he made time the next day and was promptly there, ready to get to work with such a great attitude. He went above and beyond the scope of the job, and even checked my front gutters (which were clogged) and the underground pipework in the back. He was even digging in the rock bed in the back trying to clear out the blockage. My home needed more work than I initially thought and he did it without hesistation, was efficient, extremely affordable and professional. He even showed me pictures of the clogged areas, before and after. Furthermore, Randall didn't want to charge me for the extra work and said he would stick to his initial quote for my back gutters only. I would never want to take advantage of someone's kindness and felt it was right to pay fairly for the work that was done. As a professional Realtor and homeowner, I'm ecstatic to have Randall to refer all of my clients & friends to, and of course call on myself twice a year for my own gutters. Randy came out ON TIME and really did an excellent job cleaning my gutters! I also had a downspout that had NEVER been cleaned properly. He removed what looked like a huge chocolate cake from the bad gutter. He used a leaf blower to blow out the entire down spout. He blew the leaves off of my patio and my driveway! He also repaired a gutter for me. This is the FIRST time I feel my gutters were properly cleaned. Wow! I am very impressed with the service I received from Randall. He arrived on time and did not try to increase his initial-and reasonable-quote for my home. My gutters and downspouts were quite clogged and impacted, but true to his word, Randall cleared them out completely and quickly, and cleaned up after the work as well. One of the things that impressed me the most was, when I asked him how often my gutters should be cleaned (because when it comes to that sort of thing, I'm clueless), he was honest about my needs. He could have told me they need to be cleaned 6 times a year and I would have believed him, but my gutters only need service twice a year.
