    We moved in december and we have had multiple problems within our unit that needed to be addressed by maintenance. Starting with our dishwasher that is not drying properly, My first request was made in february. They had came looked at the dishwasher and said they needed to order a part . marked the request as complete and NEVER came back . Then i put another request in early march and they never came and marked it as completed . and AGAIN i put in a request in late march and another guy had came looked at it and said they needed to order a part . we are now halfway through april and i STILL have not heard anything back . I put in another request for our washer march 31st because it keeps making a very loud banging noise , they came to look at it and again they said they needed to order a part and I haven't heard anything back . In early/mid march they came to fix my dripping ac unit and they left a hole in my ceiling that they were going to " fix" within the next few days . the weekend passed and they came to my door saying they would be by either " tomorrow or the next day" and still never came . it's MID april , we haven't even been here a whole 6 months and it just seems like problems again and again . We've contacted the Leasing office and they seem to not care at all . My downstairs neighbor continues to feed stray cats which I am highly allergic to , i am constantly seeing the same 10 cats come everyday . i've complained about this as well and they stated they were going to talk to her which they obviously haven't as she continues to do this . I am honestly fed up at this point! - I made this post yesterday on the resident portal, I've called atleast 20 times within this past week and NOT ONCE has anyone answered the phone and NOW my washing machine is broken this is BS!!! NEVER MOVE HERE !! LEASING OFFICE WILL NOT HELP WITH ANYTHING !

    Monica is the best and patient and she will help you find a place and make the process so quick. The apartments are so beautiful and Monica is very friendly and professional. She helped us go through the process very easily and stress free. She is very patient and answered all of our questions, and is so sweet... If you go tour here, wait for her or ask for and it is worth it. If we ever need assistance in the leasing office after moving in here, we will absolutely wait for her help and she will take care of us.

    Stay away. You will save on rent but it's not worth it. Cockroaches, strange smells (which somehow the staff's noses will never be able to smell), grossly outdated plumbing, dangerous parking lot. (Edit: I've attached pictures of what they apparently still call "water bugs" to show that Mill Creek's response is a lie. Their original response is also attached as a picture. Yes, they practically have a designated parking spot for Orkin, the pest control company, because there will always be cockroaches there) They recently painted the exterior walls to fool people into thinking the buildings are well-maintained. Our neighbor had his motorcycle stolen from the parking lot. In 2020, we knew about two different people who woke up with their wheels missing and their cars on concrete blocks. Some people reported having their catalytic converters taken. "Security" comes in once in a while to show a presence so the Mill Creek team can say they did something. There are cockroaches all over the property, as in inside each building and also all over the grounds outside the buildings. When we spoke to Jackie Laface about them, pointing out the California state code regarding presence of pests, she said "Those aren't cockroaches, those are water bugs". She also tried to blame proximity to the creek, since there's water bugs near the water. We googled water bugs on the spot to show her that that's another word for cockroach. She didn't say "water bug" after that, she actually started using the word cockroach. Milmont Drive near Dixon landing is always littered with cigarettes. The management will send people to pick them up once in a while, but they won't really do anything about the people doing the littering (everyone knows who those dudes are. They come out so many times to smoke each day). Somehow, there is a cigarette disposal bin in the spot where the manager, Joel Del Toro Cardenas, likes to smoke with his buddies, but not in the spot with all the cigarettes on the ground. Management is so nice and friendly and polite. In spite of everything they force people to endure. Don't make the same mistake we did in choosing this place.

The manager, Lenore, has known us from a previous complex and also since last year in this building. If you are looking for privacy, this is not the place. Management will bother you weekly and often does not properly address your concerns. For example, when we complained to Eyana about cigarette smoke coming from our neighbors, she dismissed our concern and the way she communicates can feel unpleasant and disrespectful. Ironically, those same neighbors who smoke are also the ones who keep making obsessive complaints about us. Only after we escalated the issue to the property director, Christina, was the cigarette situation finally addressed. In all the years we have lived in apartment buildings, we have never had complaints about us, including last year when we lived in the same building on the same floor before moving to a larger unit. And here we are constantly being called and bothered by the office. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this place, especially when the staff makes you feel uncomfortable in your own home.

I get the benefits of living at Turing (pool, retail, central Milpitas location) but with a nicer unit and a more intimate community feel. I find this place to be absolutely perfect for me as someone that works nearby, likes to take BART/VTA places, and appreciates the upgraded fixtures, appliances, and layout of Graham. I find the mail room and the garage feel more secure than Turing, even if they share a patrol at night just by the nature of it being a smaller community. Just overall less people coming and going. The maintenance crew are also fantastic and always personable when I run into them. Cody's been very helpful with the few issues in my apt I had and is always genuinely nice. Joseph, Lily, and the leasing office folks are also always welcoming and willing to help. Plus the location is getting better and better. There's Trader Joes, and now a Starbucks, with soon to be a Slice House - only three VTA stops down the road from Levi's Stadium and you have the mall/Home Depot across the street.

I wish I could write a better review but I'm so disappointed by what was previously a great place to rent. The buildings are quite dated and the updates that have been made are of the cheapest quality. The old carpeting in the buildings was replaced last year...we all thought what had been placed was the liner and the installation people would be returning to lay the actual carpet. No...the carpet is just that thin and it causes sound to reverberate through the halls. The vinyl flooring in some units is cheap quality and poorly installed, so that it's constantly lifting. They continue to permit cigarette smoking on patios and balconies, and public areas around the site, which means there's smoke coming in through the windows, patio/balcony doors, and vents, regardless of whether you smoke. The complex spent three years and a lot of money to update the property, with the pool and hot tub, bbq area, and clubhouse were all unavailable during this time. The big reveal after all the work reflected that the only thing changed for residents was a nicer bbq area. The pool and hot tub, and all the chaises, tables, and umbrellas are the same that have been there since my initial residency. The clubhouse, which is only open during the management's working hours (unless reserved for a private event), is gorgeous but the main change is a remodel of the office space. The management and facilities staff are the only people who use the "clubhouse," and in great part due to the hours it's accessible as well as the fact that whenever someone goes in there, it feels as if you're interrupting the office staff having their breaks, hanging out and snacking, etc. All the parking spots were redesignated this past year as "assigned" spots, in a clear attempt to increase income for the management company. Residents must pay an additional fee monthly to reserve a spot, covered or not, and there are virtually no unassigned spots for additional resident cars or guests. The office staff regularly "patrol" the parking area for parkers who aren't "registered" and when discovering someone, send an email blast to the entire community calling out the car's identifying details and threatening to have the vehicle towed within a certain number of minutes if it's not moved. During weekends, the Springwood staff tend to park in the spots reserved for "new residents." Management sends email frequently admonishing residents that they've "been told" they cannot have anything on their balconies/patios, hallways, lobbies, etc. as if the residents are young children. I don't like when people break rules meant to ensure people's enjoyment of their rented home either, but there's a way to do this respectfully and a way to make people feel bad. When there are problems with the laundry room machines, the office staff will not assist. The response is that they haven't been trained on how to use the equipment or its software and residents have to contact the vendor (which never seems to result in a response). A dryer has been non-functional for months but despite numerous requests, the management staff have done nothing to ensure that it's repaired or replaced. With only 4 washers and 4 dryers per building, having one out of order creates a difficult situation for residents trying to do their laundry. On the plus side, the maintenance staff are without exception friendly and responsive. The apartments are in a great location and the people living there are generally quite nice, but there are few amenities and the management staff sometimes make residents feel like interlopers.

The lady at 1pm today of 1/12/25 at the front wearing a black dress was chill. I was expecting a usual trip, looking around and seeing how it goes. Just when I was following the employee, she randomly makes a bizarre and rude comment about maintaining a "bubble." I must state this is just casually following someone who is showing you a place. This is normal behavior, but to her it's as if I am a sort of stalker? This is messed up and incredibly disrespectful. To hear her use a harsh and aggressive tone to me, saying to keep my distance. Quoting "I don't let men, women, or kids near me." Excuse me? For her to rudely say: or the tour will end here...what? Then why do you work in a job interacting with people? The whole tour was ruined due to this individuals disrespectful behavior. I do not know if she has mental issues, a stalker, or dislikes people? But if she clearly cannot handle visitors just following her around at a normal pace, she should not be allowed to work there.

Today, two of us were walking through chatting, and a Meadows property manager/worker yelled at us from across the parking lot, maybe 40 yards away, asking who we were. Thinking he had mental issues or a salesman, we kept walking. He then approached and harassed us, screaming about how we were trespassing, continuing verbal abuse and harassment and followed us until we left the property. We talked quietly, did not approach anyone, hang door tags, play music, or toss trash. We didn't go into the center apartment area. We're both computer professionals. This employee could have gotten on his golf cart and quietly told us sorry we cannot walk thru his parking lot and to kindly exit the premises. Instead, he chose to yell threateningly across a parking lot and come after us with verbal abuse. A good way to judge apartment management is how they treat visitors. Because as residents, you're going to get more of that - or worse. Stay away from this complex.

Meadows is very safe and it's also in a good location - it is right off of Central expressway and it's close to 237 and 101. Apartment was spacious as well. I also thought the gym was great and bigger than a lot of other apartment gyms so amenities as good here. There is a community pool as well. The management company was very responsive with service requests. We had an issue where the central AC was spewing out dead bugs so the maintenance team quickly came in and gave us a new AC. Meadows also hosts some events every couple months (coffee station, Easter egg hunt, food trucks, etc.) which made the apartment complex feel more like a community. One of the drawbacks about this complex is the lack of natural light in the some of the apartments. Because of all the tall redwood trees and the direction of our apartment, we didn't get much light. For the most part, we had our lamps turned on all the time. And because of the trees, leaves would fall into our balcony so we had to frequently clean that up. We decided to leave once the lease was up as we found a place with more natural light closer to our offices and meadows was going to increase the rent by $250 a month. If it wasn't for the light situation, probably would have continued to stay here. Overall I enjoyed living here, and if you are ok with less natural light or you are able to get an apartment facing the right direction, then I recommend!

The place is nice and cozy with your own balcony/patio. My name is on the lease and dealt with the staff. They are one of the most responsive ladies I've had the pleasure of dealing with. They were prompt in responding to any questions. They were very helpful, kind and professional. Shout out to Amica and Joc. They run Renaissance apartment with compassion, kindness and professionalism. Parking is not a problem at all. You have an assigned covered parking and lots of guest parking. They have lots of EV charging station as well. The move out process was seamless. We got our security deposit back less cleaning service as I am not about to spend my days cleaning it lol. We felt safe here. There's a patrol car/guard going around the complex. THANK YOU Renaissance apartments and to your staff for an amazing 3 years. I highly recommend this place.

A special shoutout to Johniquewa, who goes above and beyond to make the complex feel both professional and warm. Her friendly demeanor has truly made a difference in our experience. We've loved our time here, and if we ever return to Sunnyvale or the South Bay Area, Renaissance will be at the top of our list. Highly recommend! PS. The complex is conveniently located right behind Braly park, which is great for dog (and personal) walks!
