We came in to do our laundry and…read moreas we were loading our 3rd washer the woman who worked there nastily snapped at my wife and I "you can't use all my machines" and then proceeds to tell us that she needs them to do the wash and fold laundry that was dropped off and proceeds to tell us that "thats where they make the real money" and it takes priority over walk ins. She then accused us of "not being from the area" and insinuated that we were bennys or shoobies, which is not true nor do I see why that matters, especially at a laundromat where I'm sure they get a lot of out of towners. I asked her what is the difference how many machines I use as long as I'm putting money in them? Meanwhile they have at least 18-20 washers and just as many dryers, minus the ones that were out of service (perhaps they should fix their broken equipment). There was only 1 other washer in use!! Most were empty or had her orders in them! I asked her if she owned the place? because I couldn't imagine a business owner telling an active customer no to do business there. She then proceeded to make nasty comments, told us where the door was, told us never to come back and even threatened to call the police! All because people with laundry came into her laundromat to do LAUNDRY and she had a problem with it! We asked if all the security cameras in the store worked and if they had audio because we would love the REAL owner to see just how nasty and ignorant their staff is. According to public record Liz Weldon Greyer is the actual owner We only did half our load since they were already in machines and we took the rest down the street to a friendlier and more appreciative facility. We also heard her mumble under her breath about us because a dryer sheet had fallen on the floor, perhaps she thought we wouldn't hear her as there were no other people in the place!! On another note, the entire place reeks of cigarettes because she stands out back with the door open chain smoking. They will never get our money again. Another patron who was there for her initial angry rant toward us commented to us "what the hell is the matter with her".

She was the one and not the woman without the glasses who is very nice and thorough. There is also a man working with folding and now my opinion has changed. One bad apple can spoil the laundromat but remove the bad apple and then all is good again. I have resumed coming here. Thankful she is gone. Written 1/2026 Have been going here for about two months now using the drop-off service and have a couple of issues. I pay extra for detergent and fabric softener. Each assortment of clothing items are separated and placed in a tight plastic bag with a knot. My clothes are never soft and they never have a Gain scent which is strong. How can I open numerous bags every week after paying an average of $27 - $33 dollars including my usual $4+ tip and get this? I never asked for the blue stuff which I have no clue as to what that is but my brand-new underwear had a large blue blotch spot on the rear side and it's obvious she is not using anything I am paying for. The last draw was last weekend when I picked up my clothing, yet again, no scent once the bags were opened that evening and then the next two days. Once you open that bag, the Gain detergent and Gain Fabric Softener I paid for would smack you in the face. It's a strong fragrance! I am very upset because I went to get my beautiful heavy robe from Pottery Barn which is always ALWAYS soft after washing and drying it with just a dryer sheet and when I pulled it out, it didn't have any Gain scent NOR did it feel soft. It was so crispy and crinkly when I put it on and had static electricity. The woman there during the daytime is a thief and a liar. This has happened for two months and I'm done. Taking my business elsewhere and shame on them. By the way, no plastic bags although tied tight had scent in them either. STAY FAR AWAY unless you want to be treated like a fool. Now I'm off to find somewhere else to bring my usual 20-22 pounds of clothes I paid her to wash....oh, wait, it just occurred to me they might not even be washed!

They have a Change Machine and when the Attendant is there they sell soap. The machines work well, the dryers are excellent!! Occasionally I give my laundry to them to do wash and fold service! It's minimum of 15 lbs at $1.50/pound, and the nice attendant does a great job!! They have a great parking lot!!! Great laundry!!!
