Had mice in my apartment all winter infested with ants all summer. Center Al air went out and for a month I told them it want running right and that I wasn't blowing cold it was blowing hot finally they came out and fixed it had to replace the whole furnace. And was stuck with a huge consumers bill because of it was told to email them and they would help. When I did they refused. Neighbors were loud and banging around all hours of the day and night. When I moved out received a bill for 7000.00 because I was transferring jobs and had to break my lease 6 months early. I have lived there 5 years was charged for new carpet. From the moment I moved it this place was a nightmare. Have called the police for multiple break ins to my car. This place is a nightmare. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They have ruined me financially and mentally. Choose anywhere else but here.

When the apartment was pained they did such a bad job that they painted on the cupboards partially. also mold grows in the window sill due to terrible window. when we called about it we were told to clean with bleach. Not to even begin to talk about the noise. our neighbor revs his bikes, trucks ect at all hours of the day/night. as well as constantly drilling and using a saw into the night hours. creepy maintenance, they just barge into your apartment and claim they are "emergencies". Rude office staff just to top it off as well as high prices with no pool/ rec area and ghetto neighbors. would not recommend this place to anyone.

We've purchased plants from Lillie House in the past (the elderberry we got last year is gigantic -- nearly as tall as I am) and have followed their blog and learned a lot from them, but I had never gotten around to taking a class. Finally my post-Covid schedule offered an available summer Saturday morning to take the plunge, and it was incredibly informative and enjoyable. I'm sure the in-person experience of taking a class live in their beautiful apartment culture garden would be even better than a zoom class, but it was kind of cool to take a break in the middle of the session to go out to your own property and see if you couldn't find some of the things we learned about in the class. Both wood sorrel and plantain were growing right in the cracks in our driveway, and we were able to utilize them right away and some concoctions that we made as part of the class. We've been easing our way into growing more and more of our own food, and trying to have as much of it as possible be perennial and permaculture focused for the past few years, And when Cohen started crippling people's access to food, we sort of went into overdrive making sure that we were at least partially able to produce our own produce. The folks at Lillie House clearly love their craft and do a tremendous job making tiptoeing into permaculture interesting and fun. I can't highly recommend enough jumping down into this rabbit hole. For the last month I've been sourcing at least one meal per day almost entirely from our garden, and it's so incredibly gratifying amidst an often terrifying time in our lives. The person looked up and saw me walking towards the door. I figured the person may be working on something so I waited until I thought they might be done, then they would come to the door. That didn't happen. Since it had been several minutes I decided to knock. I waited several more minutes before I knocked again, and patiently waited because the person SAW me walking towards the door. After waiting several more minutes I decided to leave. As I walked back to the vehicle I saw the person STILL sitting at the desk inside. I got into my vehicle and left. Never got the opportunity to turn in my application as the person working in the office NEVER came to answer the door. To The Owners of this Complex: You have a beautiful property and the tenants seem to be very neighborly. But the system you have at the leasing office is flawed. Having to wait to see if a person is in the mood to answer the locked door to the office is no way to operate an apartment complex office.
