They "check you in" tell you where to go. Get to the pool and they have signs out for the swim lessons but no one attending to them. The class we arrived for didn't take place where the sign was and we were virtually late. Kiddo didn't do well and the instructor he had kept looking to the other lady he was with for help, but she was already with four other kids. So we went to the front desk to talk options. Front desk lady made snide remarks about kids and exposure to water like she must be parent of the year. Calls over the "Aquatics Director" who can't be more than 20 years old, how much experience running a business can he have? Personally supplies phone number to do parent/child, still doesn't give any clear itinerary or confirmation. Ended up with a schedule conflict for what I assumed was my time block and had to request just the partial refund for the classes that will be missed due to readiness level. The text was ignored. I'm sure they're happy to keep the 100$ but they won't be getting any more money from me and hopefully I can save others from paying, those who feel better at a new place being informed and where employees show care about the people who are paying for their services. Located inside World Disney World Resort where you will find not only a world class tournament stage but also the vibe and magic of Disney. This sports complex hosts many sports tournaments like Youth Flag football Championships, Baseball, Soccer, Basketball and many more. Tournaments are well organized and timed perfectly to accomodate all the teams and games. The grounds are well kept and just like Disney style you'll find Palm trees and iconic ESPN Globe at the entrance for a great photo. Once inside it feels so competitive yet fun and friendly. Enjoy all the sports and all the Disney guest services and ammenities. Concession stands where you can purchase your favorite drinks, pretzels and pizza cones. One thing I wanted to point out is how many parents leave trash behind once each game is over. Very inconsiderate as there are trash cans near the bleechers and along the fields. This is a world class stage please keep it clean. Here families can enjoy a sports tournament and later enjoy a Disney vacation at Disney parks.

Complex is easy to get to being a part of Disney with parking being an ease. Pick a sport, name a sport... ESPN got with their huge baseball complex and indoor arenas. The many dozens of outdoor fields can hold many games at the same time. Although the field quality can be better but it's not horrible considering the amount of traffic and events they hold so kudos to the ground crew for keeping the field quality decent considering the amount of usage weekly. The complex is organized and easy to get around. Wish they would strongly enforce a harder trash mandate to ensure patrons pick up after themselves as more often than none, teams and patrons leave a mess around bench's and team sidelines after each game. Although it's not ESPN's fault and more on the citizens attending events to clean up after themselves. They have several food outlets and vendors and food trucks for those long days on the field. With the hot Florida sun, love that they have watering and hydration stations around the fields with plenty of water coolers to help athletes stay cool and hydrated. However, I wish they have more shaded areas and maybe even covered spectator viewing areas or benches as the sun can be brutal so come prepared with your own tent or umbrella, etc Overall, attended many events and competitions at the venue and it's always a great facility and they always put in a great show overall!

Near the lake, there is a large playground for kids. It has slides, swings, and climbing structures. It's gated which is nice for the kids' safety (but parents/caregivers should still watch their kids!). They also have a splash pad next to the playground. In addition to the playground, there are lots of sidewalks all around to walk on. It's perfect if you want to get those steps in. There is a basketball court, sand volleyball court, dog park, and picnic tables. I saw a sign for occasional community events as well on the bulletin board near the bathrooms. We would love to come back to this park again when in the Dr. Phillips area of town!

Many of these facilities require a resident key and are reserved for Celebration residents who pay community fees. Visitors, however, are welcome to enjoy the rocking chairs, picnic tables, umbrellas, and the scenic wooden boardwalk that circles the lake. Keep an eye out for the park's resident alligator, which is occasionally spotted along the shoreline. Just steps away, you'll find downtown Celebration's charming shops and a variety of restaurants.
