This project was started in early November 2020 and is still in complete. I have contacted Mr. Lester in person, via texts, and via email, and Mr. Lester has made appointments with me and never following through, ultimately costly me leave time at work. My wife, a disabled Army veteran, has fallen multiple times over their shady molding job, worsening her knee injury. I just want Mr Lester to have the same energy to finish my project correctly that he did when he wanted me to pay him initially. If he completes the project properly I will no longer have any ill will towards his business. This flooring project was supposed to be the highlight of our 2020, as we had saved and budgeted awhile for it. Due to a family emergency on our part we were not able to schedule the repair immediately, but when we were ready he got us on his schedule within a couple of weeks.
