I've been coming to this car wash for a while now, and overall, it's consistently solid. The service is fast and friendly, and I really appreciate that there's usually no long wait--unless it's peak pollen or snow season, which is understandable. The prices are reasonable for the level of service, and my car always comes out looking great on the outside and (almost) spotless on the inside. The only reason I'm holding back that fifth star is that they always seem to miss the cupholders. Not a dealbreaker, but it's a small detail that would really complete the clean. I like the workers. They do a good job. However, I have a new preowned car that I thought the car war caused a scratch. I brought this to the attention of the owner/ manager. He immediately noticed it had touch up paint and took an aggressive attitude towards me. His tone was harsh and unacceptable. I was ok with his professional assessment of the scratch but his attitude Will loss me as a customer. I will never recommend this car wash again. read more

I've been coming here with my bf for 3 years. My bf is fanatical about washing his car every single week. This car wash is under NEW MANAGEMENT and OWNERSHIP. They do a really good job cleaning your car. You pull up, get out and tell the worker what number package you want done. My bf always gets the Platinum Protection Wash. It's clearly marked on their board outside when you pull up. The worker hands you a ticket and you go inside and pay at the front desk. That worker then prepares your car and soaps up the back and sides before it goes through the automated machine. As I walked down the hall I could see every step of the way the car being cleaned. On their walls are all kinds of merchandise you might need for your car. There is also a wall of gift cards for sale which comes in handy when you decide to get your car cleaned on the way to an event. In the front are more gift cards for sale along with anything to keep your car clean. There are a few chairs a soda machine and another wall loaded with every kind of scented air fresheners for your car. Once the car is finished being cleaned it's pulled forward and 4 or 5 workers wipe the entire exterior down. They clean all the interior mats, wipe down the doors, even open the trunk and wipe anything wet down. Then they apply tire shire and clean the rims. They even blow air in the doors to clean anything wet and loose. They now offer MONTHLY PACKAGES. If you purchase one they'll put a sticker on your car and then any time you come they'll scan it. You are billed monthly. Each package is a different price. In the long run if you come often like we do, it's definitely worth it. The staff are all very, very nice and friendly. They even sell discount booklets for car washes that can be used anytime. I've also tried their car detailing and was very happy with the results. I recommend this car wash. I made a horrific mistake and did not check the Yelp reviews before going here. This is hands down the worst car wash I ever got. I got the Platinum package which is supposed to include the interior. I saw guys blowing compressed air inside at the end but apparently no one vacuumed. The wheels look worse than beige I went there. I have a pickup truck. They charged me extra. I guess the extra wasn't enough to let someone who gave a half crap About their job go over my truck. Somehow the water they sprinkled on my truck never made it to the rear bumper. Recently brought my old and dirty Honda to Millennium car wash for a full interior cleaning. The car wash did an excellent job. The cleaning was very thorough. They were able to get 5 year old coffee stains off of the seats. The door panels, compartments, windows and even trunk were spotless. Dirt that accumulated under the seats that I could not reach were cleaned up. I highly recommend this car was for detailing. read more

I went to have my car cleaned and met the new owner Sam. Did not know it had sold. I got my regular package which is the highest level. Sam told me that they kept the same workers and they did a great job. Sam offered me to provide feedback. When I got home I called and gave feedback that my tires did not have a sheen. He didn't even let me finish speaking before he was telling me about the solvent, and was so interruptive that I ended up having to hang up on him! I couldn't even speak! He was so unprofessional and was talking about other people. I don't care about other people! I care about my experience. What you don't know Sam is that I was a faithful customer of the prior owners, and now you've lost my business!! I went here because I was in the area and paid $29 plus a $5 tip for my car to be cleaned. They did a pretty good job however, they were not very thorough with vacuuming. I do like that they give you an option to pay more to have your rubber mats washed - my local car wash does not offer this. read more

I went for a car wash, full service. $21.27. There were no cars, very very slow day. The vacuuming was marginal, at best. In general, my car is kept very very clean by me. They were rushing like there was a line of 10 cars. As I said, zero cars for the entire time I was there. When it came to drying the car, also a huge rush. You would think the place or my car was on fire! The door jambs are atrocious. Barely cleaned. I'm disgusted and never giving them another penny. I even let them know in advance, that I am giving a $10 tip. They still did a shit job. I left $10, as I said I would, but I am through with this place. A 5 year old could and would do a better job! The only good thing I can say is that they are super nice men that work there! read more

Went there today. Horrible place. Change machine Broken no sign. Machine in bay saying singles and five dollar bills. Would not take singles but sucks up five dollar bills with no issues. Barely any soap comes out of the brush No sign in bay to let you know how much it costs. Cost me 15 dollars to use soap brush and rinse off a pick up truck. Bc machine won't take singles. Told lady inside about broken money machine. Didn't seem to concern her. I could understand if there are legitimate issues. But there are so many issues. I took my vehicle, a Maserati Levante to this car wash on Saturday, August 26, 2023 to have it washed and even bought a membership. From there I went home and did not venture out again until Tuesday to go to work. When I arrived at work, I was backing the vehicle up and noticed that the picture on the screen was angled. Once I parked the vehicle, I went behind the vehicle to see what was going on. Well the camera bracket was totally broken and the camera was hanging down. I called to inform them of this and the owner/manager basically called me a liar and said that I cannot call 5 days later and make the claim. He was rude and his attitude was funky as hell (no home training)...told me that I go through a car wash at my own risk and hung up on me. I have been going to this car wash for years (it appears to be under new ownership/management) and have never been treated so piss-poorly. Is this how you treat customers? I've been getting both my cars washed here for years. I'm not sure what the complaints are about, but not sure what people are expecting for a $10 car wash either. If you want it spotless, get it detailed. I get the Platinum service for both cars once a month and the basic once a month and I've never had a problem other than maybe once or twice they forgot to vacuum the trunks. Terrible car wash. They won't do a very good job cleaning or drying your car.. The employees act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money to perform a job. The person who drives the car in to the tunnel does not listen (possibly because he might not speak English). For instance, I told him "PLEASE DO NOT USE THE BRUSH ON MY PAINT". The first thing he does after puling my vehicle in is pick up a brush and starts to use it on my car. WTF?? REALLY?? I don't understand why any car wash would use the same brush to clean the paint finish as they would on the wheels. Unless of course you're trying to damage someones paint then charge them for a detail to polish it out. Then it's brilliant. I guess... Then the people drying the cars have the nerve to look at me like I'm crazy when I nicely request for them to dry my side mirrors. I know, its crazy for me to expect them to dry car after paying only $20 for the car wash... Silly me Note: If you have an SUV then you can forget about them even attempting to dry the roof. That will need to air dry on its own as you drive away and it leaks down the back/side of your SUV. read more

I've been using Millennium car wash for years now. Bought a brand new SUV and noticed their employee tugging & pulling something out of my roof rack. It looked like he was pulling the gasket material from under the roof rack out but come to figure out it was a piece of the scrubbing flaps that wash your car in the car wash itself. I inquired to the owner about this & he was very defiant. He said his employees know not to pull on customers cars etc. That was months ago. Today I went again & witnessed the same employee messing with my rear wiper. When I asked him what he was doing, he didn't really answer me & I realized their car wash broke my wiper blade off. I hope there's no pieces missing or broke off that I need to replace the blade now. NEVER going back again. I won't even try to confront the arrogant owner again. I used this car was yesterday and was quite pleased with the inside and outside of my car. However, when I went to pay the Asian lady behind the counter was on the phone. I handed her my credit card and she was still on the phone. She handed me the slip to sign and was still on the phone. Went here with my brand new black car. Was going to use the self serve stuff (vacuums don't work well at all), only one power washing station was open the rest were jammed with quarters so I decided to let them wash my car. Horrible idea do not put your car through this. Multiple scratches all over the front end and Passenger side. Also since the car was new it had been waxed by the dealer, after the wash it looked like dirty wax smeared all over. I may use the power wash area but that is all. read more

Yesterday I took my Audi Q3, which I purchased only a month ago, only to have the sunglass holder compartment broken. I immediately brought this to the attention of the woman working in the office. The employee stated that it was already broken. Met with the owner the next day who tells me that his employee said it was already broken. Hard to believe since it's a brand new car. Neither the woman working in the office nor the owner offered to show video proof corroborating the employee's "statement". I was offered $40 in car wash coupons for the damage they caused. I have been using this car wash for several years - in fact, I drive well out of my way for it. The automated wash is excellent and the facility where you wait is clean, pleasant, and nicely stocked with different products. The best part of this business, though, is the people who work there. My husband and I have each had our cars detailed (inside and out) several times and the results have always been perfect - much better than other places I've tried. I made an appointment to have my car detailed (200) for early morning and was told that a lock box would be available to leave my keys. I arrived at 7am to find that no lock box had been left. I had to leave work at 8:30 to return with my car. At that time I told the woman that I needed to pick up the car at 2:30. When I returned, I was told the car would not be ready until 5:30. I was forced to get a ride home to Princeton and have my wife drive me back at 5:30. However, at 5:00 I got a text telling me the car would not be ready until the next day. Ridiculous! The owner apologized, telling that they were very busy that day. No excuse. I was totally inconvenienced. If I hadn't been using a gift card, I would have canceled the service entirely. For my troubles, the owner gave me a card for a free car wash. LOL. Will never use them again. read more

I used the do-it-yourself spray wash. First of all the machine ate one of my dollar bills and the owner had to come open up the box and get it out. Then after starting my wash, I needed more time and tried to insert quarters, but the coin machine wasn't working so time expired. I told the owner again and he seemed annoyed that he had to come help again. When he said it was broken he told me to go to the other bay and use that one. So he expected me to start over with $3 instead of just adding a few quarters to finish my rinse. I asked him if he was going to start it for me and he got upset that I was even asking. He angrily gave me three dollars and told me they were closing the bays. I told him I was not leaving because I had to rinse off the soap. So basically the equipment is faulty and the owner (I assume he was the owner) was completely rude and didn't care one bit about customer service. read more
