I was physically attacked by the employee/repair tech!!! I brought my daughter's phone in for a replacement battery. Her phone was perfectly fine, other than the battery getting puffy. The tech changed the price quoted to me and then broke her phone. When I told him I wanted a refund (I didn't even mention the obvious ethics that he should replace her phone which he broke), he started yelling and cussing. He got so out of control that he hit me and tried to take my phone from me a couple of times. I had to take shelter and call the police. read more

They helped me in a bind when I broke my phone's camera. They didn't have the right part to do it the right way in a day, so they did a temporary fix, but it's gotten me by. My camera still won't focus properly, but that's on me for not going and getting the correct part replaced. read more

Man I really hate leaving one star reviews for any business but I feel this company deserves it. Here is the reason.... Last year 2019 around August I brought my laptop in to be looked at. It was no longer charging and I thought that the charging port had just go loose and needed an easy repair. After about three weeks I called them only to be old they are still waiting to hear back from the company they sent my computer to." What company? I thought you guys were a computer repair store" So I waited another 10 days or so and went to the store. The guy (owner?) I handed me my computer and told me they have my computer but were unable to fix it. He told me " it must be the motherboard.. it happens sometimes.. Im sorry". This took one month to get this answer. Well I left with my computer and I was pretty bummed out after finding out it was broken. So when I moved back to Montana i put the computer up for sale on Craigslist as a "salvage" computer and sold it for $30. The guy who I sold it to called me back to tell me that he fixed it in 5 minutes! What was it? " Oh simple .. I just had to solder the charging port" .." It works perfectly.. Thanks" Yea thanks Millenium for making me lose my $500 computer for $30. I knew I should have had a second opinion. You live and you learn . Had our ipad screen replaced here and i was so happy with the result. Our ipad looks new! Very affordable. Check if they have groupon. I told the guy about their offer at groupon and he just matched the price and i dont have to buy the groupon. Dropped it off at 1pm and got a call at 4pm that its ready to be picked up. This business does not deserve a star rating. The business etiquette is wrong, customer service is 0 and the Jabber guy is very sketchy. Run and Run!!! If this comes to one of your options available. Run!!!!! Otherwise you are at your own risk!! Here is my story. I took my macbook pro to this place after it had been previously checked by Apple store and I already got my recommendations. My laptop was water damaged which according to Apple store may have affected the motherboard. I was given a recommendation and options but I was curious to see if some street smart guy could fix at a lower cost. So I ended up at this sketchy place- Millenium Communications. I dropped my laptop for diagnosis and I told him what Apple said. He asked I call back a few days and I did and picked it up with no solution and nothing new from him. Infact, he didn't give me specifics of his diagnosis and findings but only alluding to what I told him Apple store said about the motherboard. I wasn't going to give up on fixing the laptop at a cheaper cost. Few days after, I went to one of approved Apple store service specialist in Dallas. They took a look at it only to realize my harddrive had been removed by Millenium communications. I called millennium immediately, spoke with the Jabber guy and he confirmed having my hard drive. I was curious as to why he (Jabber) left my HD behind and he couldn't give any reasonable and convincing reason, just only blabbing. Ofcouse I stopped at his shop immediately after work to pick up my HD and I decided to probe further. Just when I started asking questions on how to authenticate my harddrive (the one he gave to me as mine)and why he left it behind in the first place, he started raising his voice at me and asking that I leave his shop immediately( very typical when someone is shady and has been caught right?). The heated arguments lasted for about 10 mins until I decided to call the cops to report him and to document the event.... Think of the following questions with an understanding of the sensitivity and criticality of a harddrive in a laptop. As a service technician, How do you couple a laptop you opened without installing the hard drive back? How do you put back the screws and then the rack holding the hard drive without the HD itself? This right here clearly shows 'an intent'.. During our conversation; one thing he constantly kept referring to was he didn't charge me for the diagnosis. And I asked how is this my fault? Between the diagnostic charge and my harddrive, which should be more important to the laptop owner? ofcouse he's such a dumb not to get the logic. I documented this event with the cops that showed up and that would be a starting point should I discover anything else was removed from my laptop without my consent. This Jabber guy is sketchy and shady!!! He never learns from any feedback but instead spins the story around! read more

Avoid this guy like the plague! I was not a customer of his, I emailed a completely different business a question thru Yelp w/ my ph #, and yelp like always auto fwds it to like styled business's, I did not contact this loser. So after he gets a email mistakenly thru yelp, that is clearly not sent to him or his business, he called trying to steal my business away from the competition. After I explained I did not email 'him' and wasn't interested he starts cussing and berating me, I hung up and he called back even more enraged, more cussing and threats. Then being to stupid to know the question I sent someone else, that he received, was not a review that's online, he thought it was a review and started replying to it like it was a review, just flooding my email with crap. Still not taking No for an answer ( doesn't no mean no) he started calling my number he got mistakenly due to Yelp's system. Dozens of calls and voice mails even threatening my life if I didn't remove the review, claiming he was some ph tech savant and had looked up where I live, and was "on his way" (again to stupid to realize the emails was not a review). I literally had to call the police, and send a cop over there to order him to stop. All because he had signed up with Yelp to get notifications like that, and didn't know what it was when he got it. If this guy is so dumb, as to be not tech savvy enough to know what the notification was, or that it wasn't a review, DO YOU REALLY WANT HIM WORKING ON YOUR DEVICE!!!! Stopped by yesterday as my wife's Apple Watch face had come loose and I'd been meaning to have my iPhone battery replaced. Battery health was 70% and it seemed I was constantly having to charge. Stopped back in an hour later and picked up both items which now work like new! I bought a Groupon for repair of my iPhone 6 shattered screen for $36. Although the owner recommended a screen protector and new battery for an extra $56, I though it was worth it versus spending $1100 for a new iPhone. Unfortunately, I realized at 6:30 pm that same evening that my phone wouldn't charge with either my Mophie or the charging cord. I called the owner and went back to the store that same night. He worked on my phone for 45 minutes and replaced some parts all at no additional charges. Appreciated his fixing my phone so promptly at no extra charge. Would highly recommend this place since the owner stands behind his work and is very fair with his charges. read more

I came to this location to get my camera lens fixed and had to come back three more times because it was cleaned and dirt got in it somehow still until I was told they couldn't do anything about it gentlemen was nice but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who's trying to fix their phone read more
