Dropped my phone off yesterday, got there at 10a to find it closed, I called they said they'd be there in 10 minutes. Next day I get here at 10:10a to pick up my phone, they say they won't be there till 11:30. I live 30 mins away!!!!!!! I have a dr appointment at 11-12 in Princeton then have to drive 30 mins back out to get my phone! I don't care how well they fix phones. They have no consideration for people's time. read more

Took my iPad to get the screen fix. I got it back with a broken home bottom and glitching screen. We took the iPad back to have him correct the situation. He "fixed" it and now you can't touch the iPad without it glitching. I will now have to take it to Apple to get it repaired. He refuses to refund us what we paid to have it fix after he caused damage to the inside of the iPad. read more

I came here to get my iPhone color repaired because the screen cracked. The next day the screens retouch response isn't working and I'm having a hard time using most of the lower half of the screen. I bring it in to have it looked at and the guy working is blaming me for what's wrong with it and thinks I'm making it up. You can hear what sounds like a woman moaning and other porn noises from the computer he uses at the front. It's hard to understand what the man was saying and I have to repeat what I'm saying more than 4-5 times. Very poor customer service. Would highly suggest you consider another repair shop read more

Terrible service. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE THERE. My wife took her iphone there to get the microphone chip repaired that had stopped working a couple of days before. They took it and told her that they would review the phone to see what was wrong and if they could repair it, they would do it for $130, everything fine up to this point. Upon receiving the phone after they repaired the audio problem, we noticed that the proximity sensor stopped functioning which was not a problem at all before she took it here. This issue prevented the screen from turning off when you put it against your ear to talk. My wife took it back the very next day for them to fix the issue that wasn't there previously but they refused to fix it and they would not honor their "30-day" warranty on their work simply claiming that they didn't touch the proximitiy sensor. The rest of the phone was working perfectly the day we dropped the phone and if it was a problem why wouldn't they have told us so we can actually get it repaired along with the mic problem?...they were so bold to want to charge us another $100 (which later dropped to $50) to fix a problem that wasn't there before. Not only they would not honor their "30-day" warranty but the owner or the employee that was there was very rude to my wife when she went back to get her phone fixed and asked them to honor their warranty. Went in there with a iPhone 5s battery repair issue. Battery got hot and wouldn't hold a charge. The Tech there changed it for $48 and this is when the real trouble started. Phone would only accept charges from random power cords at first and then after a few days it completely died. would charge or turn on. Took it to another place and found out the cushion that holds the battery down was not replaced by Tphone and the power clip was not put in properly. Now we have nothing but problems with it and are now looking to buy a used replacement (to the tune of $300) because it runs so intermittently. I've at least got a new battery for sale? They maybe should stick to screen repair only. read more

The person who fixed my phone made it worse. He broke my keyboard, caused discoloration because of pressure and also gave me a cracked screen. He also refused to fix it because I didn't check my phone in the store. If I had to choose to have a cracked screen or go back to that awful place, I would choose the broken screen. I recommend to never go there. read more
