Terrible doctors office with abhorrent service and useless hours. The posted hours are until 5 yet the doctors leave by 1pm so what's the point? If you have a full time job it's impossible to be seen without taking a whole day off work. Even if you're appointment is scheduled for early in the morning plan to be there all day because theyre late starting appointments do it's impossible to know when you'll be done. Was informed they require you to have appointments every month to stay on your mental health medicine or they'll cut you off. The thing is though they pick and choose when to enforce that policy because I was getting refills without monthly appointment then they decided one day I don't need my meds anymore. Lol They do offer virtual appointments but their technology isn't advanced enough or their WiFi is to weak. You can barely have a conversation and understand the Dr. I will say Dr. Saleem is nice and is a good doctor, however how the practice is run is incredibly unorganized and the policy's are not practical. RUN away before going here if you have a full time job and have regular medications. This Dr office is for people who have all the time to work around their schedule or elderly patients with no set schedule. Thank God open enrollment is back so I can switch insurance and get back to a real Dr office. I've had better care and compassion at a free mental health clinic in the hood. These people are deplorable. For anyone with diagnosed mental illness I beg you to go somewhere that actually sees you as a person and wants to help you and keep you safe. We reached out to Millennium Medical Care to receive assistance for my husband's primary concerns. This clinic was the closest to our home and in network of our insurance. With that being said, it was a virtual appointment due to the Covid-19 that hit us the week of mandatory lockdown back in March. Initially, it took a couple of calls to receive a call back, but we understood the communication may have been interrupted and adjusted to the new restrictions. Once we finally made our appointment, we provided access to my husband's medical records that indicated he was severely impacted by brain trauma, reconstruction surgery on his face and jaw, neck and spine injuries (just to name a few) we really needed a primary doctor that would be able to attend to his needs in between his specialist appointments. The doctor was luncart to provide pain medicine for his injuries which was fine and prescribed him alternate solution so he could be seen by a pain management doctor. Fine, please forward to the pharmacy and it will need a prior approval so insurance can pay at no cost to us. Both the pharmacy and myself have reached out to them numerous times, which they have not responded. The fax number, phone number to make this call with their approval and recommendation was also given to them to make things easier on both parties. Still today, this has not been completed. I have been seeing Dr. Saleem for a few months now and my health is improving. I originally starting coming to this office because I am a self - pay patient and they were only one of two places that I could find to make an appointment. Her staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is small, the lobby is small, but I have never waited more than 10 minutes whether in the lobby or in the patient room. I truly believe that Dr Saleem at Millennium Medical Care saved my life. I went thru an emergency surgery on 2/28/18 that left me weighing 87 lbs after a three week hospital stay. On top of my surgery, I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and I had been trying for over three years to find a rheumatologist who would accept my insurance. I scheduled my first visit with Dr Saleem Sept 2018. The concern & compassion she showed for me during my first visit was so heartfelt that I thought I must be dreaming. My previous primary care doctor not one time in almost 8 years ever seemed even concerned when I brought up issues I was having. So I was so blown away by Dr Saleem. I started seeing her once a month & she would actually sit down & discuss my healthcare options in finding a rheumatologist. Dr Saleem & Zoe who works in the front office worked so hard for over two months & by the grace of God - they found a rheumatologist for me!!! I got the letter on Xmas Eve letting me know that I was accepted & the date of my first appointment. My health is getting better day by day & I feel positive for the future for the first time in a long time regarding my health.
