The doctor was very friendly and let me know that if I ever need an appointment and a time isn't listed on Zocdoc, I can just call and they can fit me in. Info for their next patients:…read more Need to share this after I finally talked to the doctor (Gupta) and the nurse practitioner (Mahnaz) today a week after the miscarriage. 1) I signed up for the OB I chose (Gupta). But Gupta told me she wasn't involved in any data checking or appointment decision making until I went to ER. She said it was all on the nurse practitioner. - What?! Why?! She said it was strange I was scheduled at week 11. It's usually week 8. - Whose responsibility?! Who's bearing the consequences? I asked her how I know if there was ever a fetal pole or not, she said "ya we don't know." 2) the nurse practitioner, Mahnaz, just kept telling me even an earlier sonogram wouldn't make any change to the result. - what about the data for me to know what actually happened? And she just did what every OB would do. - without asking her OB? She told me she didn't know I tried to make an earlier appointment. It was all the front desk girl. - Seriously?! At the end, she just told me "I need to go to see my patient. You can talk to the office manager because you and I are not getting anywhere!" Next thing I knew, she slammed the door and left me in the room by myself. - What a jerk! It hurts like so many bad words. I'm surprised she does this for living. She should be fired. 3) If you want to get their attention, consider to share your experience here, they will call you right away. ---- Worst experience! No matter how much I told the NP, Mahnaz, after I signed up to Gupta about my advanced age and my last miscarriage which was within a year, the NP just gave me very broad info intake and 2 blood work in week 5. I had to be the one to request for blood work in week 6 when I saw my HCG wasn't doubling. No more blood work scheduled till the miscarriage. My first sonogram was scheduled at week 11. - Ridiculous! I called and requested a few times to have an earlier sonogram. I was told the Dr said it's not necessary!!! I feel very dismissed from this place on me or whatever risk I am going through. One star bc there's no zero star option. Just know that all the negative reviews here and on Google are not coincidence.

She's incredibly thorough and has been very accessible via the patient portal whenever I had follow-up questions. The nursing staff also deserves a shout-out. They are wonderful and very understanding. During my last visit, one of the nurses gave me some great, practical tips for managing my allergies, even sharing what works for her own kids, which I really appreciated. The Cons: My initial experience was a total nightmare due to insurance hurdles. While that isn't the fault of the practice itself (third-party insurance is the absolute worst), it definitely made the start of my journey here rocky. More recently, they've implemented a new sign-in sheet process. Since this was a change from previous visits, I mistakenly thought it was only for new patients. When the front desk clerk asked me to sign in, she responded with a confused look and a bit of a rude tone. It was a minor friction point, but a little more patience for returning patients adjusting to the new workflow would go a long way!

My last pap I felt like she was rushing…read more Anyways a month after that I found out I was pregnant (first pregnancy) I was about 5 weeks when I started to spot, I went called the office to notify my dr. about the spotting, the person I spoke to told me if I'm still spotting the next day to give them a call. I was indeed still spotting so I called the next day told them I called yesterday in regards to me spotting and they didnt have any records of me calling FIRST RED FLAG! They went ahead and scheduled me to get blood work drawn, I went got blood work done, never did I speak to Dr. Sullivan 2ND RED FLAG! I had to wait two days for my results and those two days I was filled with so much emotions. I got my results, this is my first pregnancy so I wasnt sure what my results were telling me. I called the office to ask if Dr. Sullivan could call me to go over my results with me, later on that day I receive a call from the front office and the person told me Dr. Sullivan said everything came out normal 3RD RED FLAG Dr. Sullivan didnt even take the time to speak with me and go over the results with me. Four day passes and I am still bleeding I called again to let my dr know what was going on and front office person scheduled me to go in again to get more blood work done, the phlebotomy tech couldnt find a vein and told me I had to come back and reschedule. At this point I was frustrated and wanted answers so I decide to go to the ER. I glad to say I am still currently pregnant and have found a new Dr. that actually cares for her patients!
