CJS/Basset has been providing it's technicians with much less than 40 hrs per week, and when Tyler put in his 2 week notice due to needing a job that will allow him to provide for his family, ERIK decided it would be appropriate to retaliate by taking his 2 week notice as time served, leaving Tyler without a job for the next 2 weeks knowing that he has a 5 year old & 3 month old to care for.
