They were timely when scheduling the on-site home visit. Luis, the scheduler touched base with me prior to the visit. All the office personnel (Yairis, Joaquin & Daneisy) were always available when I called and emails were answered on a timely basis. The county issued a few comment on the Elevation ( as they always) but as soon as I mentioned that to Landmark they told me to forward the comments to them and they handled it quickly. Once we had the placed cleaned out, they came in and took photos to upload to their site, which is far reaching. Chase or Neil would contact us frequently to advise status of the market. they were very communicative and very responsive. The end became dicey due to the title company whom the buyer chose and Chase intervened repeatedly to facilitate the closing in a timely manner.
