Nick came out to give me an estimate, and right away I was impressed with how knowledgeable and straightforward he was. There was no wishy-washiness about pricing or what was needed -- he explained everything clearly and honestly. I told him I wanted my floors done right after my cabinets were installed, and he made sure to fit me into the schedule. Although Nick wasn't the one physically installing the floors, he closely monitored the entire process. Whenever I had a question or concern, he not only answered quickly but also came out in person to make sure things were handled properly. When the installers discovered mold behind the molding, Nick personally went to Home Depot to get the right materials and treated it for me at no extra cost. He even helped with unrelated issues: when the interior door to my garage became misaligned during the process, Nick got tools, tried to fix it himself, and then explained what I needed to do since the springs were old. On top of that, when another contractor I was working with left me in a tough spot, Nick stepped in to connect me with someone reliable to fix the problem. The floor itself looks beautiful -- the quality of both the flooring and the padding is excellent. But what really makes me recommend Quantum Floors so highly is Nick. He is professional, proactive, and truly cares about his customers. While Quantum might not be the cheapest option compared to big-box or "fly-by-night" places, the honesty, service, and results are worth every penny. Everyone there was a great help in explaining why one tile may be better than another. Did you know they have great quality shower doors 5/8th thick! BTW: they stored my tiles for over a month until my GC was ready for them, and told me not to worry if I needed them to be stored longer. Delivery was great & easy. The tiles came divided in the truck and my workers were assisted by Anthony King my delivery professional whowas incredible & very helpful. I highly recommend them as they were extremely accommodating. I went to 3 other tiles stores before finding them, I found them through the manufacturer of Porcemall tiles who was also helpful.

First, they always show up when they say they will. Second, their plumbers know what they're doing. Third, their guys have pointed out a couple of potential issues along the way which weren't part of the original scope of work, but nonetheless were pretty helpful to know as a homeowner. I know that pointing out issues is kind of like upselling, but it actually didn't come across as upselling because there wasn't any pressure to do the work. And that information you get is pretty helpful. The only downside to working with them is the price. They are by far the most expensive plumber I've worked with in the area. I kid you not, one time I got an estimate from them and as I reviewed their email in the middle of a Zoom call, I literally said out loud "holy fucking shit bro" not realizing my mic was on, which was a bit embarrassing. That said, I later agreed to the proposal because nobody else was available as fast. So yeah their availability and their quick response time is definitely important to me. I don't always use Mike's, sometimes they get undercut on price by a company that can come out quickly. But I know that when I do hire them, I will be in good hands, though with a lighter wallet. Four stars. Keep them in your contact list just in case!

Wrote a complaint about defective handle that is extremely hard to pull. All of them at store were fine and easy. Kellie Executive Escalation Specialist wrote back and wanted to charge us for a new handle. She outright said many customers have had same complaint. She claimed it's not their fault, it's not defective, and she outright said there's nothing they can do about it. New handle would be $22 to $78 + tax + $14 handling fee. Plus labor $160/hr. Technician that came out had bad attitude from the start and said he couldn't do anything before even hearing us out or looking at technician chair. He dirtied the white leather with black finger stains, doesn't come off now. Plus the craftsmanship is so cheap!!! You can see buckles on the arm rests, the Siad is all bubbles, and the bottom cushion looks already used with just a few hours of sitting in it.
