After we came to an agreement, he wrote me a check right there in the store! No hassle! The rest of the staff is very friendly and professional--all three employees I spoke with answered all my questions honestly and with clarity. They will work with you no matter how technologically inept you are. I had no idea my computers were worth anything. After I was given an initial quote, BitRemedy adjusted it in my favor after we discovered some parts were worth more. There is also a good selection of used and refurbished machines in the shop, and even though I was not planning on buy anything new, I will definitely come back when I'm planning to!
