Never use this company. Surface level their work looks fine but your restoration will not last you two months. They have no attention to detail. I have had to redo so much work due to their lack of care. If you do hire them, monitor their work constantly. They will cut any corner they can to save themselves an extra minute of time. read more

I can't say enough good about AAA. I had a huge flood in my home, recently, and had no idea what to do. My friend called AAA, and they were there within a couple of hours. The damage to my home was extensive, including a collapsed ceiling, buckled wood floors, and a completely flooded basement. All the repairs were done in a professional manner, and every detail was managed by their awesome team. Dealing with this type of devastation in your home is overwhelming. So, the 2nd time we have used this fantastic company. This time has some issues with the insurance company (progressive-DO NOT USE) The owner -Don has been absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Still don't know if this is going to pan out with the insurance but he and Greg have bent over backwards to help us. In addition to that we called late at night when we discovered our basement was flooded. They got here within the hour and took charge and started the intensive clean-up. While I can't recommend flooding your house just for the experience, if that's the experience you're already having, I can wholeheartedly recommend using AAA Restoration to help get things back to normal. When we discovered that a water main had burst and flooded under the house, we were at a complete loss as to how to handle it ourselves. Fortunately, our frantic search for a disaster cleanup crew led us to the highly-rated AAA Restoration company. While my husband attempted several other companies and either couldn't get through or was told he'd get a call back "later", I got through to AAA Restoration immediately, and they had someone out to our location faster than we thought possible given that it was the end of the business day. They fought through traffic to help us start pumping hundreds of gallons of water out from the crawl space and under the house storage areas.   It was such a relief to know someone else who knew what to do was taking over. The employees were all very informative, professional, and they documented everything they did along with a complete inventory of what was pulled out from the storage area and how everything was dispositioned. They worked well with our home insurance, and we got regular updates on the progress every step of the way. We went from basically having an "indoor wading pool" to dried and dehumidified and back to feeling like it was just the normal home again. The fans and dehumidifiers were already set up and had been running for half a day before we got a call back from even one of the multiple other companies we had contacted the night before.  Even after the work was done, the house was dry, and the bills were paid, Brittany was incredibly helpful in tracking down some information for us on some of the specific items that had been in storage. While I'm hopeful we'll never have a flooded house again, we are 100% going to be using them for carpet cleaning moving forward, just on the basis of our experience over the last couple of weeks. 11/10, can recommend. read more

Insurance job for flood repair totaling over $70,000.00. Decent job on water remediation...lousy on everything else. Their showroom doesn't even have prices...they just say "your insurance will cover that". Come to find out that carpet was HALF of what my insurance would cover. Cheapest quality supplies, installed by the worst quality sub contractors! I came home unexpectedly and literally found their subs using my tools from my garage! There are lumps of drywall under my vinyl floor...they didn't even sweep before laying it down! They even forgot to plug in my sump pump after laying carpet in my basement...causing a 2nd flood right after I had just moved back home! You should use these jokers for water remediation only...then use your own carpet, flooring, painters, etc. Their overpriced counter and cabinet guys were twice the cost and twice the time frame as the guys I found on my own. AAA will use the cheapest subcontractors and charge you top dollar. Take the time to hire your own general contractor for rebuilding your place...these guys are for water clean up only. read more

Great staff. Their flooring department isn't huge but it's perfect and not overwhelming. Anything I wanted, they had and way less expensive than anyone else. I had a pipe burst under my kitchen sink that flooded and damaged 70% of my wood flooring (and livable space). I was totally overwhelmed and called a friend who referred AAA Restoration and the project manager Nick Oliver. I was impressed at the speed in which the water mitigation crew showed up and set-up all the fans and drying equipment. Nick coordinated with my insurance adjuster so everything went smoothly in terms of what was being done and the budget to do it. I felt comfortable with every crew that came by-- respectful and courteous. That means a lot to me as a single woman homeowner with an old dog. Everyone was thorough and treated my house well and with a lot of attention to detail. The work went smoothly and quickly, well-within the project timelines. I was guided through where to go for materials and Nick and AAA Restoration took care of the rest. We came in a touch under-budget, but that's because I did some of the work myself, such as moving furniture and a small paint-touch-up. I was very pleased with the outcome--my home is not only restored but I would say improved! Are you happy with the work that was completed? Yes, I am satisfied with the work that has been completed. I would say that my house was not only restored but improved based on the close attention to detail by all the crews. Would you change anything about the way your project was managed? No, I would not change how my project was managed. Nick was wonderful, easy to reach and worked with me when I had lost my phone to communicate solely over email. Would you say you felt heard by your project manager? Yes, Nick took my concerns and questions very seriously and went above and beyond in answering/addressing them. Would you ever use AAA Restoration again in the future? AAA Restoration would be the first company I called for restoration and emergency service work.
