They are always happy, friendly, efficient and professional. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. (I also only go during the week) I highly recommend.

Very sad to be writing this review but it has to be done. I've been a customer here for 10 years…read morenow and the staff has always been nice and most of them do a great job with hair cuts and beard trims. Over the last two year's sadly the price of the haircut has doubled from $11 to 23 the price of the beard trim without a shave has gone up to $22! Which is INSANE and with the tip far more than any guy should be paying to have your hair and beard trimmed up. In the future I'll be having to take my business elsewhere that has consistent and reasonable prices. Heck even two months ago I was charged $35 for a combined hair and beard trim and it suddenly went up to $45 today.

But he didn't know that I remember him from a while back. Good guy, not sure why he lied about his name. Nevertheless, the haircut was good. After a couple days my hair started itching and when I touch it, it hurts badly. Wasted $47 dollars that day. Now I have to wait until my head heals. I will not be back. This place really change. The barber seem the same, comfortable vibe. The Hair cut was horrible.

I showed up having never been here before and sat in the first chair that opened. That was my mistake. If I had paid closer attention I would have waited for the barber who had customers coming in specifically to see them or the barber who spent an exorbitant amount of time carefully grooming the guy in his chair. I ended up with the barber who was running his chair like a car wash and moving people through it as quickly as possible. I got a cut that I could do at home, although mine would been better. This was a "special" thing for me to get someone to give me a trim. Anyway, I left with too much hair cut off with no consideration for shape or style and a pretty bad case of razor burn. I'll try again, I'll just book ahead with one of the barbers people come to see.

While I was sitting in the chair, one of the staff members started going on and on about how angry he was that a previous customer had only given him a ten dollar tip. He kept complaining, making comments, and clearly wanted someone to agree with him. The entire time I was sitting there knowing I only had ten dollars in my pocket for a tip myself. Instead of relaxing and getting a normal haircut, I spent the whole time feeling stressed, embarrassed, and uncomfortable. Tipping should never be pressured or guilt-tripped by the staff. It is unprofessional and completely inappropriate to talk about customers like that right in front of another customer. It turned what should have been a simple, easy appointment into an awkward situation that I could not wait to escape from. There are plenty of great barbers in the area who treat their customers with respect and don't make them feel like they're not tipping enough.
