Really wonderful little salon! Small studio salon so you get really nice one on one interaction with the technician. Very sweet staff with quality products. My nails were wrecked from taking off acrylic nails & the technician completely restored my nails and gave me a wonderful shellac manicure. This salon is not like a typical nail salon where they do a rush job just to get the next customer in the chair. She took her time and was also knowledgeable of the products when I asked her. Appointments are required although she took me as a walk in! I would highly recommend this nail salon! read more

I went here yesterday for the first time and I'm so glad I did! Before I had even come here and physically gotten my nails done, the customer service was great. Booking an appointment was so easy and I love the visibility of the business and how right off the bat you're able to see photos of the work they do on Instagram or on their website. Not to mention the website was super easy to navigate. As for my actual appointment, it was really nice! I love how the studio was small (but definitely not cramped) and the experience felt very intimate. Kris did my nails and she was so sweet too! I brought in a picture of what I wanted and she managed to do my nails EXACTLY like the picture. She also gave me plenty of information about the process she was doing and all of her equipment was very clean and orderly. All in all I can defiantly see myself returning for my nails on my next event! read more

I found this salon on groupon. I am very happy that I did other wise I don't know if I would have known it existed. It is in a building with a bunch of other businesse, massage, hair... But it was a little tricky to find. Charlotte was the technician that did my nails. What a wonderful sweet woman. She and I talked the entire time and she made me feel very comfortable. I had a shellac manicure. It dries instantly which is great for someone who smudges like me. They came out great and were done quickly. They do not accept walk ins which for me , is a breath of fresh air! I hate when salons are over booked and you have to wait for an hour when you made an appointment. Appointments can be made online or on the phone so you can make one in the middle of the night if you want to. Going back in a few weeks with my mom to get a pedicure for summer! read more

For Long Island I'd say Couture Nail Studio is pricy for nails. A CND Vinylux is $18. THAT BEING SAID... I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and it was the best nail experience I have had. Ever. I should say that I generally hate getting my nails done and find the whole experience extremely stressful. None of that was the case here. It's a very small salon with only two stations so be sure to call and make an appointment. The manicurists really take their time to make sure you are happy with your nails, are extremely knowledgable about their products, and really take time to answer questions you might have. I have only been once, but from what it looked like at the end of the appointment they took all the tools they used on me and put them in an envelope with my name on it so I think those are "mine" for when I come back? Even that little bamboo stick that gets reused for every single patron of other nail salons. Another point I want to mention was that there was another woman there having her nails done while I was and there was conversation throughout the entire manicure. I think I was there longer just because there was so much talking. It felt so comfortable and welcoming. That enough makes me want to go back. read more

I booked an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. what a great experience! I was treated like royalty. The two ladies that worked there were so kind and amazing. This is probably the best nails I've ever gotten. Everything about them were amazing. I'm a nail bitter and after my service, my nails looked like they were part of me. I have been getting acrylic nails for better than 20 years. My nail tech was great but she decided to do something else to work towards retirement. It took me a year to find couture nails and it was definitely worth the wait. BEST nails I have ever had. Kriss is Amazing and sweet to boot. I am so grateful I found her. Kris is VERY rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment with her and she decided to take it upon herself to rush my nails/blame me for the way they looked. I had usually had good experiences with her (I have been going to her for 2+ years) however she decided to give me an attitude when I had asked if she could fix something on my nails that I did not like. I was very polite this entire time and STILL tipped her even with the poor service I received because we all have bad days. However a couple weeks after she had then canceled my appointment (that I had been scheduled in for 2 month prior) due to personal reasons and did not want to reschedule. A few days after this she canceled ANOTHER one of my standing appointments and the reason was "this spot is reserved for another client." Not only is she being unprofessional but EXTREMELY childish. I HIGHLY recommend finding a different salon. read more

I found this place on Instagram and was blown away by their work. I researched and saw that they won best nail salon on Long Island 2019, so that must mean they're good, right? Not even close. Kris is definitely the more talented one and you can tell by her work. However, my appointment was with Charlotte, an older woman. They were both super nice and I'll give them that. But my nails came out terrible and I paid $60 dollars? I even tipped her $15 and instantly regretted it as soon as I got into my car and noticed my nails were crooked, uneven, and chipped. I asked for coffin shaped nails and instead got thick, square/boxy nails. As soon as she put the top coat on she told me to wait a bit for them to dry. Then she made me feel rushed and that I should leave. I immediately drove to another salon and got them redone and they did a much better job. The workers all came over and laughed. The man doing my nails thought I did them myself! And they couldn't believe what I paid for and told me they do half the price. Lesson learned to say the least. I definitely won't be coming back. read more

I have been going to Couture Nail Salon for about 10 years now and I can honestly say that this is THE BEST nail salon I have ever gone to. My only regret is that I did not find Kris sooner! The salon is always immaculate and Kris always pays very close attention to every little detail. She is creative and extremely artistic. She is a perfectionist, to say the least. She will always try to do the best she can to accommodate her clients, as she is well aware that life can get in the way of appointments sometimes!
