They still encouraged me to apply, only for the process to turn into a complete mess. Once they started "processing" my application, everything became painfully drawn out and disorganized. Over the course of the process, I sent 30+ emails because they kept requesting information one item at a time, instead of providing a clear list upfront. Then they claimed they were having email issues and asked for the same documents repeatedly , more than once. Communication was terrible. You can't even speak to a real person. Their voicemail literally says not to leave messages, and the leasing agent Rosalyn Mccarty, I dealt with was rude, unhelpful, and eventually started ignoring my emails altogether. After wasting so much time going in circles, I withdrew my application. If this is how they treat someone who's actively trying to rent from them, I can't imagine how they treat actual tenants once you're locked into a lease.
