They are not babysitters, but rather credentialed childcare providers that are governed by state standards--but far exceed those standards. They are honest, clean, and great people. Ms LaTrenia and Mrs. Willis treated my child with the care they would give to their own, and I was able to work with a clear head knowing my child was safe. Children have a schedule there and curriculum. Policies are articulated upon enrollment, and they adhere to them. Children get home made meals and plenty of activities to stimulate their growing minds. Truly they provide love and learning. Aptly named!

All the staff gives I don't care energy towards the kids in after school and fake smile. Also Ms Morgan she is very unprofessional she has no customer service and shouldn't be working with kids. They have some events that make it fun, like Grandparent's Day, etc. The tuition is okay given the times you can drop off the kids. Cons: You get what you pay for. It's not very clean. My child was sick very often. When I pick them up, there would always be another child with a runny nose, like a major dripping runny nose. Of course, my kid would end up getting sick that week. The administration isn't truthful. The director overlooks parental concerns and makes poor staffing choices. When she replies to your email, she would say anything to get you off her case, but there won't be any change. For example, for a classroom of toddlers, they choose an elderly teacher who can't remember the names of the students. My child was potty trained, but once this teacher began teaching, he started to regress. Additionally, he was assaulted twice consecutively by the same student. I brought up my concerns due to fear my child would get hurt again. I had the options of taking my child away from this class or roll the dice and see if he gets hurt again. Nothing was done for the offending parent. I read the previous review on yelp before I chose this school and thought nah no way, this is a church they must be good and honest people. They are NOT. I affirm this place isn't great. If you really have to, then maybe go here. Otherwise, if you can save more for another place, in the long run, don't go here. Save yourself the headaches and troubles. Seriously. Amid kids issues having daycare issues isn't what you want.

Which is mind- boggling to me because there is no way a toddler should be in a classroom with 6 week olds. In addition to that, since the age range is so wide, they do not focus on teaching in this class. My child has been in this classroom for over a year and I only have one piece of art work( the teacher quit after a short period of time because of the director's attitude). I mean a whole year and only one piece of art work? They don't read to the children in the infants class, and they do not encourage learning at all but despite that, there are a few teachers that are really rude. They get defensive when you ask questions about your child and then become very combative. My child unfortunately comes home with little cuts, bruises, diaper rashes all the time, dirty clothes, dirty nose. I told the director who then in turn questioned me about my concerns. There were numerous occasions when this occurred. There is no diversity at all and unfortunately, that is something that I would want my child to experience. They close for every holiday including Presidents day, MLK day, and other non-major holidays( don't have a problem with that) but unfortunately, most parents don't have MLK off or Presidents day, so in turn we have to pay for separate care or take off of work. Fees are due on Monday when you drop of your child, if you pay in the evening there is a $10 late fee, which is absurd to me because you paid the same day it was due. Again, I can go on and on, I wish someone would have told me this before I enrolled my child. The daycare is clean that is probably one of the only good things I can say. Unfortunately, the reason why it took so long for me to pull my child is because of the location, and I educate my child myself(since I am a teacher), and I had no evidence of harm, despite everything else. Plus my job didn't allow me the time to check out other daycares and actually research...but I'm so glad that I finally made it priority because my child is definitely learning at the location he is now at and he loves his teachers.

I knocked on the door and she didn't look up I knocked and banged on door for a good 2 min and she finally buzzed me in! I was confused at first on the reason of the wait. First thing she said was don't you see the bell? Thinking to myself wow what a greeting for a person you just met and if I did see the bell I would of rang it ?? But instead I said I'm sorry I didn't see the bell! They charge 35$ for drop in day! She stated I only take cash I handed her 50$ she said she had no change so I said ok keep the 15$ as he'll come tomorrow as well and I'll pay the difference in morning ..That wasn't a problem! Problem was when I got a receipt for 35$ and I gave 50$ so o asked for a receipt for what I gave (50$) she got annoyed and told me she wasn't accepting my child. She also stated she was the director ! I work for the state of Georgia little does she know she got the wrong parent !!

Unfortunately, she was placed in Ms. Winn and Mr. Robert's class, and from the very beginning, she became fearful and distressed. Each morning on the way to school, she would cry, and at home, she expressed that her teachers were unkind. She shared that when she cried, Ms. Winn yelled directly in her face, saying, "Stop crying, you're annoying me," and even smacked her hand once. There were multiple occasions where I picked her up, and she looked completely defeated and unhappy. When I asked how her day went, she would respond with only "okay," offering no details. After sitting her down to talk, she admitted, "My teachers are just really mean and yell at us all the time. I don't like going to school." As a parent, this was heartbreaking. School should not only be a place to learn and grow but also a safe environment where children feel nurtured and cared for. Parents place tremendous trust in teachers, and when that trust is broken, it has lasting effects. No one should take on the responsibility of teaching if they do not have the patience, compassion, and genuine care required to guide young children. My daughter was terrified to start Kindergarten because of this experience. Thankfully, she quickly realized not all teachers are the same. She now has a wonderful teacher who shows kindness, encouragement, and patience--everything a young child deserves. She wakes up excited every morning, eager to learn and share about her day, and it has completely restored her love for school. These are the educators who deserve recognition and appreciation--not those who treat children as an inconvenience or are "just there for a paycheck."
