I found these guys on Yelp and comparison shopped using the quote tool. They were by far the best price and the reviews supported the quality of their work. It was easy to schedule and I was able to do it all through messaging, without having to talk to anyone on the phone. They were clear with the services they were providing up front and I did not pay anything until the job was done. The day of the appointment, I was kept up to date with when they would be arriving. They were about 30 minutes late, but again, I was kept up to date so I did not mind at all and completely understand. They worked hard the whole time and I did not see them taking any breaks. The service matched up with the reviews I had read and I can tell my systems are running much more efficient now. The guys were nice, but were a bot rough with their equipment around the house, banging against walls, baseboards, etc. That is what kept this from being a 5 star review. read more

I had the ducts cleaned by them about 2 months ago. I went up to the attic to change the air filter and found that it had been ripped apart and thrown to the side. So these past 2+ months we've had unfiltered air going through the house. At least notify us that this had been removed. I just had an hvac technician check out system after discovering this. He said the problem with having no filter is that the furnace sucks in debris and burns it and can cause the coils to become coated in debris, therefore shortening the lifespan and efficiency of the system. I wouldn't recommend and search for a different duct service. read more

Never thought I would be this excited about duct/vent cleaning, but here I am. There's a major mess up before the job even started. The big vacuum cleaner exploded inside my house, causing black dusts covering my daughter's music room, her studio, my kitchen and part of living room. Owner called it's a small mistake and did offer the service for free. However what about after mess in the 3-4 rooms impacted and the dirt soaked carpets? This happened on Tuesday and my daughter started dry coughing on Wednesday. Owner said it's only to wipe down the furnitures and his crew can do it for $100 and wouldn't pay for service I hire. Everything was covered in black dirt including my daughter's expensive violin! And imagine all the loose items in the kitchen! I didn't even know where to start to clean! He also threatened me 'legal action'. Sure, in 'legal action', let's talk about the damage to my house from this 'small mistake' and the health impact to my family from filthy air duct dirt that you blasted into my house! This is a nightmare of a service and the correction is not done (refused to be done in my way). How can I trust "his crew" back into my house after all what happened????? read more

This was the worst experience I ever had with any contractor that I have hired. 1. This is NOT cleaning, they wont even bring any kind of vaccum. They will just bring a machine that blows air at high pressure. He just opened all the vents and inserted a thin 1 cm wide hose thats attached to air blower and just blow the vents. All the duct will be pushed down the vents. 2. Will promise that this is negative air duct cleaning but this is not, its just a blower. 3. Promised to clean the air handler and hvac but after blowing all 6 vents within 25 mins, he was ready to leave and when I said I was told air handler will be cleaned. contractor called Mr. Bryant who started SCREAMING at me. 4. The contractor didn't even speak english and when I ask something he wont respond, so I had to call Mr Bryant for any questions and be ready to be SCREAMED back again. 5. And when they say they will clean air handler, its a joke he will literally just remove the filter and brush just the outside, wont even go anywhere near condenser coils. 6. I was also promised "thermal fuming" but he will use a hand held spray bottle. And spray 2-3 sprays at each vent. And called it "THERMAL FUMING" Save yourself money and buy a leaf blower and do it yourself(If you want what he did) or go to a legit service who actually knows how to treat a customer and not scare them by screaming at them. read more
