Kimberly was the greatest and made this process the smoothest that it could be. She was is one of the most fairly priced in the area, b/c I owed a lot of debtors. I will say that she is the best at answering emails, but don't generally expect a call back as she is a very busy lady. When I needed her help with any type of issue, she was always right there to help me. She answered every single question that I had and I had a lot, because I had never been through anything like this and did not know anyone who had filed for bankruptcy before. One of the best things about their office is that I never had to go to the office, was you just scan all of the documents they need in online. I will say that Kimberly and her team are so great at keeping up with the documents that are needed. They had everything taken care of when it was time for court. Don't get me wrong, you are going to have to find a lot of documents to send them but this was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I had a situation arise during my bankruptcy process (due to my own issues, it was not due to anything on their end) and I emailed Kimberly and she said don't worry about it, I will take care of it. She emailed me back a few days later and said this is what I have done to take care of the issue, problem solved. Never had to worry about it again. I enjoyed working with Kimberly Sheek very much. Her and her team do a great job and I would personally recommend them to anyone. Actually, I have already recommended her to a couple of people that have asked about bankruptcy. I particularly asked for them to work on the accounts that were $100k to have them remove and the $30k cards as well... they kept saying they were working on things, but was working on accounts that were closed but was of good standing that didn't require immediate attention.... every time I kept saying what's the status on these major accounts to have them permanently removed they kept saying it's taking a little bit of time....month after month plus providing them with the update information after 60+ days , still stagnant. So, in about September of 2023 they decided to go out of business and provided a 30 day notice and never finish what I paid them to do - which was fix the credit (especially when you paying $3k for something to be done!!!!). So, as of this year - I decided to take matters in my own hands and not get scam by this company and or any other credit fixing company. After my own due diligence and continue effort placed in fixing my own credit ... I have now removed $33k of credit card and inquiries on my account. Honestly, it does take a lot of work and is very tedious but try to do it yourself and not rely on this company that claims to provide you with outstanding results. I failed for the reviews and also googled them on the BBB , but they failed to deliver on fixing my credit!!! and now it only taken me 3 months this year to remove $33k and still working on the $100k. If you can't do it urself get someone that can help you walk through the process , but don't give ur $$ to this company. They did not deliver and wasted my entire 8 months back in 2023.... just by saying they going out of business. SMH!!!
