absolutely not worthy of fixing anyone credit... I literally paid them $3k to fix me credit and they it takes anywhere from 3-6 months to work on the things that I had... I particularly asked for them to work on the accounts that were $100k to have them remove and the $30k cards as well... they kept saying they were working on things, but was working on accounts that were closed but was of good standing that didn't require immediate attention.... every time I kept saying what's the status on these major accounts to have them permanently removed they kept saying it's taking a little bit of time....month after month plus providing them with the update information after 60+ days , still stagnant. So, in about September of 2023 they decided to go out of business and provided a 30 day notice and never finish what I paid them to do - which was fix the credit (especially when you paying $3k for something to be done!!!!). So, as of this year - I decided to take matters in my own hands and not get scam by this company and or any other credit fixing company. After my own due diligence and continue effort placed in fixing my own credit ... I have now removed $33k of credit card and inquiries on my account. Honestly, it does take a lot of work and is very tedious but try to do it yourself and not rely on this company that claims to provide you with outstanding results. I failed for the reviews and also googled them on the BBB , but they failed to deliver on fixing my credit!!! and now it only taken me 3 months this year to remove $33k and still working on the $100k. If you can't do it urself get someone that can help you walk through the process , but don't give ur $$ to this company. They did not deliver and wasted my entire 8 months back in 2023.... just by saying they going out of business. SMH!!! read more

Paid 1k for their services stating in their live course if you make over 10k with your business you will have your own person to work with to help you get business funding I been waiting for almost a month one phone call and no response on emails or text ever since ! Very similar situation, been with the company a year, no progress for paying 1500 dollars up front. They are credit experts claim to give advice but are not as aggressive. They just took my money, and I want a refund. read more

I was initially referred to ADR by someone who said he was one of Ratiq and Alexis 1st clients. He stated that he had the luxury of working directly with them personally and that they offered great customer service from consistent updates on what was going on to remove items from their credit to actually showing them ways to build it in the process. He referred me to them because we had similar problems with a particular company and but he had multiple items he needed to remove from his credit and I have 1. To date it has officially been 1 year since I have started working with them and I am sad to say that I am still in the same place with needing this 1 item removed from my credit with what seems like 0 progress being made. I spoke with my friend again recently and he asked how everything was going with them and after I told him and even showed him all the details he himself told me that since he was able to work directly with them and I wont be able to that I should not continue business with them because he had a lot more he needed cleaned up and got it done in a quarter of the time. He also stated that he had a flat rate that he had to pay and was put on a payment plan to accomplish the payment and when I showed him how much I payed over the year he was PISSED. He told me to cancel all further business with them because obviously things have changed since he dealt with them and that the way business is being conducted is an entirely different experience than what he went through and was very apologetic for my experience. I wont say what they cant get done on the credit building side because that's not what I came for, but as far as getting items removed I have to say I am very dis-pleased with the amount of money and time put into this process for me to still be in the same place overall after a full year of working together. read more
