Their staff is rude and threatening, using threats which violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act. They refuse to verify that they are a legitimate company without threatening to escalate your account. I have been threatened with court and they have threatened to have me served with papers to get me in court. Mind you, this is for a debt I DO NOT OWE. I have verified this with the company that Miller, Stark, Klein says they have been hired by. The company MSK says they are collecting for has no record of any debt owed by me. There is also no record of MSK being retained by the company that MSK is saying I owe money to. Their associates, John Blocker and Taylor (no last name) are quite rude, did not allow me to ask questions when they called, and Mr. Blocker ended his most recent voicemail from today with "you have been warned". Please do not give this company your hard earned money. Please check your credit reports. Call whichever creditor MSK states they work for, chances are you don't owe a dime. MSK's practices are predatory and only mildly clever. Their staff is rude and unprofessional. They ARE NOT a reputable debt collector!

If the credit debt has been removed from your credit, even if it was yours(7 years). By law it has be discharged.

I particularly asked for them to work on the accounts that were $100k to have them remove and the $30k cards as well... they kept saying they were working on things, but was working on accounts that were closed but was of good standing that didn't require immediate attention.... every time I kept saying what's the status on these major accounts to have them permanently removed they kept saying it's taking a little bit of time....month after month plus providing them with the update information after 60+ days , still stagnant. So, in about September of 2023 they decided to go out of business and provided a 30 day notice and never finish what I paid them to do - which was fix the credit (especially when you paying $3k for something to be done!!!!). So, as of this year - I decided to take matters in my own hands and not get scam by this company and or any other credit fixing company. After my own due diligence and continue effort placed in fixing my own credit ... I have now removed $33k of credit card and inquiries on my account. Honestly, it does take a lot of work and is very tedious but try to do it yourself and not rely on this company that claims to provide you with outstanding results. I failed for the reviews and also googled them on the BBB , but they failed to deliver on fixing my credit!!! and now it only taken me 3 months this year to remove $33k and still working on the $100k. If you can't do it urself get someone that can help you walk through the process , but don't give ur $$ to this company. They did not deliver and wasted my entire 8 months back in 2023.... just by saying they going out of business. SMH!!!
