This company promises the world and delivers absolutely nothing. My husband started with this company in May and gave everything to this job. From day one, he was told to focus only on commercial roofing no residential, no base pay just "trust the process" and wait on commissions. He worked full time, traveled constantly, bought his own equipment (including a drone), and inspected over 150 buildings in Lubbock to help secure a major commercial contract. He drove thousands of miles for this company thousands paying for gas, wear and tear, and travel out of pocket. At one point, when his truck broke down in the middle of this process, we had to pay for three separate rental trucks and rental cars just so he could keep working. That contract was repeatedly presented as a six-figure secured. For over 60 days, we were told it was "coming." Then suddenly, after months of unpaid work, it "fell through" and they claimed the client "went with someone else." No transparency. No proof. No accountability. I'm sure CRE is happy ! During this time, my husband became aware that the company's commercial management lead was doing backdoor deals with CRE Roofing under Jay Miller's nose deals that directly hurt the company and its reps. My husband brought this to leadership's attention. Instead of addressing the issue, he was fired by that individual and jay allowed it. Later, Jay Miller personally called my husband, admitted he had been right, and asked him to come back. At that point, my husband had already secured a full-time W-2 position with base salary and full commission and benefitss. Jay promised him $5,500 per month plus additional incentives and placed him in charge of taking over major commercial accounts, site needs, and 'hundreds of promised ongoing leads.' Trusting that promise and responsibility, he returned. Within two weeks, the promised pay stopped with no explanation, support disappeared, and it became clear that the same pattern was repeating. During this time, my husband became sick and still received no communication or clarity. At that point, he made the responsible decision to find another job to provide for his family rather than continue working without pay. After he left, Jay later called asking where he had been, despite knowing his pay had been cut off and no answers had been given. To make matters worse, when final commissions were paid out, the company deducted over $2,200 through so-called "chargebacks" further reducing what he had already earned taking back his promised 55k stipend. No worries jay miller. We knew you weren't good for that $2200 over 2 weeks, big dog! After five months of full-time work building relationships, securing contracts, training reps, and representing this company professionally he made barely $4k total. He got pushed out of more deals he had signed and was on then we can count. To this day, we believe we still owed money and cannot get anyone to provide clear documentation or a full compensation breakdown. This company operates with poor leadership, internal conflicts, and zero financial transparency. We are absolutely not people who complain. My husband has worked 1099 and commission based jobs his entire life. We understand risk. We understand hustle. We have built a beautiful life through hard work, sacrifice, and integrity. But this situation crossed a line. The lack of transparency, broken promises, and financial games were so wrong that we felt something needed to be said. No hardworking person deserves to be treated this way. This is not written out of bitterness, it is written out of honesty. Do your research. Protect your time. Protect your livelihood. read more

At first, these guys were great. I had a few issues, but overall, I was happy, especially with Brinson the person who came to my house to do an assessment. Then I was sent an email concerning my 1-year quality check, which is in the contract, I replied back and finally 3 months later they responded, and still has not come out, these guys wanted to check out my roof on a Sunday evening which infuriated me, sighting if they came out throughout the week, it could possibly cost them a sale, outrageous!!!! When I called the office to speak with the manager/owner Seth, the Nazi concentration camp guard, Sundu, would not let me leave a message for him, and refused to give me his number, extremely rude dictatorial person. So, either Seth, has instructed them to do this, or they are hiding something, it could also be both. Because of this, I would steer clear of these used car salesmen!!!! read more

Back in October of 2023, a heavy hailstorm came through the area and my roof needed to be replaced. I cannot say how pleasant it was to deal with Jonathan Chambers, who came by my house to offer help in repairing my house and solutions to make things right. I am not experienced with hail damage, but Jonathan was really professional and helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. I must have had 20+ solicitors for roofing at my door, but Jonathan showed a certain trustworthy trait that I felt deserved a listen to. Also, Jonathan was great in quickly returning my calls and that is a huge plus for me. After signing paperwork, the roofers came and were efficient and timely, cleaning up as they went. The roof and areas of my house were treated with respect and I am really happy with the results. Miller Storm Roofing absolutely provided me the best service, and they delivered on time. He was polite and even though it took three or four separate meetings to answer all of my questions he was very patient with me. Super honest and trustworthy. Jay and Taylor from Miller Storm Restoration aren't normal "Roofers" or "Contractors" they go over and beyond to make sure that they do what they say they are going to do. After seeing the fantastic work they did for one of my neighbors I invited them over to inspect my roof. They offered a complimentary, non obligation exterior inspection of my home. This is when they found storm damage to my property. After ALLSTATE denied my claim they fought with insurance to make sure I got every penny I was owed.  In the end I got a brand new Certainteed Lifetime roof, new gutters with gutter screens and a new chimney cap. I signed a Repair Agreement with a total amount and when the roof was done sent an invoice for $948.50 more. If you make a customer sign agreement you should stick to that agreement!!! Do not let them talk you into anything until you have confirmed with your homeowners association the guidelines for replacement roofs. They said they had done roofs in my neighborhood and I could change the color of the shingles to anything, wrong!!! Do your research! read more

2 young men showed up randomly in front of my house without a Mask for Co-vid in a pick up truck. They wanted to look in the attic for damage and my Mother allowed it. Eventually, I started asking if they got their Co-vid shots. The one that didn't admitted his Dad has been in the hospital from Co-vid since March 2021. I told my Mother to get away from him because she was 2ft away and He didn't get a Co-vid shot. I threw a mask on the table next to him and He still didn't respond. If you don't want your elderly Mother to die from Co-vid after she catches it from these mask-less men that may randomly show up at your front door. Then avoid contact. They could at least wear a Mask when they are within 3-6ft of their customers. If they cant take a virus seriously then do you really want them working on your house. Bruce and Cameron came by one afternoon and offered to perform a free inspection on my roof. Normally I am not very tolerate of "surprise" visits but something from the start told me these folks were different. My intuition was correct as they turned out to be the most friendly, knowledgeable folks anyone could ask to deal with in these circumstances. They went up on the roof, made a quick repair and showed me several pictures they had taken of damage. After a brief discussion, we agreed to to ahead and file a claim and they literally took care of EVERYTHING...it was so easy for me as the homeowner. A couple days later they came by with some samples and we decided to go with a class 4 replacement. They were very accommodating and flexible to my schedule and were always prompt with their responses and appointments. The installation itself went as planned and the crew did an AMAZING job at keeping the mess to a minimum. Once completed, I'm pretty sure my yard was cleaner than when they started!!
